Tirumala, 18 December 2017 : TTD JEOs Sri KS Sreenivas Raju and Sri Pola Bhaskar inspected the SSD time slot counters launched experimentally this morning to facilitate the free darshan devotees with time slots and reduce their waiting time in the queue complex. They also interacted with devotees at the CRO, Alwar Tank, and Narayanagiri garden queue lines for eliciting feedback on the innovative free darshan system for common devotees
The Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivas Raju said nearly 500 TTD staff had been engaged to man the 117 counters and a task force has been set up with JEO Tirupati Sri Pola Bhaskar to study the system for further improvements. On Monday nearly 12,000-time slot tokens were issued for sarva darshan devotees with aadhar cards.
The old system of free darshan is also continued.If the devotees who took tokens come to Divya Darshan complex in time slots they will be provided darshan within two hours,he added.
DEVOTEES RESPONSE TO SSD TIME SLOT SYSTEM
The TTD is surveying and interacting with the devotees on the SSD time slot system both from the supervisory staff working in the counters and also the devotees who come from darshan to Tirumala.Teams of Srivari Sevaks are deployed to gather feedback from devotees.They gather information on the time taken to get tokens and later how they spent the period visiting other places till the time slot, the time it took for darshan after entering the DD complex and also any suggestions if any.
They are also gathering data on shift duties, a number of counters, token issue time, technical problems at counters and suggestions from TTD staff engaged in the program.

తిరుమలలోని సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం కౌంటర్లను సోమవారం టిటిడి తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీకె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు, తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌ కలిసి పరిశీలించారు. కేంద్రీయ విచారణ కార్యాలయం, ఆళ్వార్‌ ట్యాంకు కాటేజిల వద్దగల కౌంటర్లను తనిఖీ చేశారు. అనంతరం నారాయణగిరి ఉద్యానవనాల్లో క్యూలైన్లలోని భక్తుల నుంచి అభిప్రాయాలు సేకరించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీకె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ భక్తులకు టోకెన్లు జారీ చేసేందుకు మొత్తం 117 కౌంటర్లలో 500 మంది సిబ్బందిని ఏర్పాటుచేసినట్టు తెలిపారు. ఈ విధానంలో మరింత మెరుగైన మార్పులు చేపట్టేందుకు తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌, ఇతర అధికారులు అధ్యయనం చేస్తున్నట్టు చెప్పారు. సోమవారం నాడు 12 వేల టోకెన్లు జారీ చేశామని, మంగళవారం నాడు 20 వేల టోకెన్లు జారీ చేస్తామని తెలిపారు. మరోవైపు పాత విధానంలో కంపార్ట్‌మెంట్ల ద్వారా కూడా భక్తులు సర్వదర్శనానికి వెళుతున్నారని వివరించారు. సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం భక్తులు సూచించిన సమయానికి వస్తే ఎలాంటి నిరీక్షణ లేకుండా 2 గంటలలోపు స్వామివారి దర్శనం కల్పిస్తామన్నారు.
సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శన విధానంపై అభిప్రాయ సేకరణ
తిరుమలలోని సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శన విధానాన్ని మరింత మెరుగుపరిచేందుకు భక్తుల నుంచి విస్తృతంగా అభిప్రాయ సేకరణ జరుగుతోంది. కౌంటర్ల పనితీరుకు సంబంధించి అక్కడ విధుల్లో ఉన్న పర్యవేక్షణ అధికారుల నుంచి అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరిస్తున్నారు. శ్రీవారి సేవకుల సాయంతో భక్తుల నుంచి కూడా అభిప్రాయాలను తీసుకుంటున్నారు. భక్తుల కోసం, అధికారుల కోసం వేరువేరుగా ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్‌ పత్రాలను టిటిడి రూపొందించి పంపిణీ చేసింది.
దర్శనం కోసం కేటాయించిన టైమ్‌స్లాట్‌, కౌంటర్‌లో టోకెన్‌ తీసుకున్నప్పటి నుంచి దివ్యదర్శనం కాంప్లెక్స్‌లో రిపోర్టింగ్‌ చేసేందుకు మధ్య ఉన్న సమయం, ఖాళీ సమయంలో సందర్శించిన ప్రాంతాలు, దర్శనానికి పట్టిన సమయం, ఇతర సలహాలను భక్తుల నుంచి సేకరిస్తున్నారు.
షిప్టు డ్యూటీ సమయం, కేటాయించిన కౌంటర్ల వివరాలు, టోకెన్‌ జారీ చేసేందుకు పడుతున్న సమయం, కౌంటర్లలో సాంకేతిక సమస్యలు తలెత్తితే వాటి వివరాలు, ఇతర సలహాలను పర్యవేక్షణ అధికారుల నుంచి నమోదు చేసుకుంటున్నారు.
