TIRUNAMAM FOR TTD EMPLOYEES-EO SAMBASIVA RAO

TIRUMALA, 4 October 2016: TTD Executive officer Dr D Sambasiva Rao has today directed the officials that the HoDs of respective departments should ensure that all the employees of TTD also should be inspired to wear the Thirunamam besides the devotees.

Reviewing the preparations for Brahmotsavams at the common command control center at PAC IV (Bhakta Nivas) the TTD EO said that the necessary dressing material needed for Thirunamam will be placed at all locations.

During the review he instructed the Health Officer, Dr Sermista to improve the hygiene and sanitation in the hill shrine for the benefit of devotees and also the engineering officials to further strengthen the drainage system to avoid stagnation of rain water around the Srivari Temple.

He also said Laddu counters should function round the clock and instructed the Medical staff to utilize the 10 ambulances stationed for emergency needs of devotees.

He directed the concern to provide mats, bed sheets etc.for devotees benefit in the Bhakta Nivas (PAC-4).

Later the Executive Officer inspected the Common Command Control (CCC) and the CC cameras which were monitoring the activities across the Tirumala . He also advised the staff manning the CCC to report on devotees grievances to the higher officials immediately and help to resolve them.

TTD Chief Engineer Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy and other divisional heads also participated in the meeting.
