TIRUPATI JEO REVIEWS ON BIO-ATTENDANCE

Tirupati, 10 September 2014: Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar on Wednesday evening reviewed on the progress of HRMAPS held at the Conference Hall in the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati and directed the HODs to the inventory of the existing computers in their respective departments so as to introduce bio-attendance at the earliest.

Speaking on this occasion, the JEO said, TTD is soon heading towards paperless administration. “The e-attendance, maintaining SRs, salary slips and other details related to every employee will be computerized and it is easy for the administration as well to the individual employee and the details will be transparent”, he added.
He said the same system will be soon introduced even to the outsourcing employees of TTD in the next phase.
GM Transport and head of IT Department of TTD Sri Sesha Reddy, CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Sp.Gr.Dy.E.O. PAT Smt Chenchu Lakshmi, Services Deputy EO Sri Siva Reddy and other HODs were also present.
