TIRUPATI TO BE MADE A WORLD CLASS CITY-TTD BOARD CHIEF

Tirupati, 13 June 2015: The temple city of Tirupati which is always brimming with pilgrim activity, will be made as a world class model city, said TTD Trust Board Chief Dr Ch Krishnamurthy.

The board chief who graced the super specialty hospital of SVIMS in connection with World Blood Donation Day on Saturday said, that the hospital is a boon to the poor section not only in the area of temple city but for entire Rayalaseema.

“When I was the legislator of this temple town, I have started the Pranadana Trust in this hospital. In the initial year itself we have offered free medication to over 1000 patients and today it has emerged as the most popular charitable trust among the series of trusts run by TTD”, he maintained.

The chairman complimented the donors who have come forward to donate blood to the needy and later distributed the certificates to those who have donated blood. SVIMS Director Dr Vengamma was also present.
