TTD APPEALS

Tirumala, 26 September 2022:  TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy appealed to devotees not to resort to throwing coins on vahanams during vahana sevas on Mada streets in Brahmotsavam festivities.

Speaking to newsmen at Gokulam Rest House on Monday he urged them to refrain as such coin throws could hurt Archakas and vahanam bearers.

He also appealed to devotees coming for Brahmotsavam festivities to wear masks and also bring their own glass or steel bottles to keep water.

He said since TTD has imposed a plastic ban on Tirumala it is advisable to devotees to carry their own steel or copper or glass bottles for convenience.
