TTD BOARD CHIEF ORDERS FOR TRANSPARENT REPORT ON TTD LAND ASSETS _ టీటీడీ ఆస్తులపై శ్వేత పత్రం.
Tirumala, 28 May 20: In a landmark move, TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy has directed the top brass of TTD to prepare a transparent report on the entire immovable properties of Devasthanams to avert any encroachment in future.
He instructed for a white paper on those assets which were auctioned, encroached at various stages in the past, so that not even a single inch of land donated by devotees shall be allowed to be engulfed by vested interests.
The Chairman directed that the white paper should comprise of all information on the encroached TTD properties, and all the cases since 2016 when the past TTD board decided to auction away a few properties.
He also instructed the officials to write a detailed letter to the state government seeking detailed enquiry on TTD assets auctioned or leased out in the past by earlier Boards.
He said the TTD will henceforth try to get possession of encroached properties and will also implead itself in the cases pending in courts.

తిరుమల, 28 మే 2020: తిరుపతి. తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానాలకు చెందిన భూముల పై శ్వేత పత్రం విడుదల చేయాలని టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ వైవి సుబ్బారెడ్డి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. టీటీడీ కి చెందిన సెంటు భూమి కూడా అన్యాక్రాంతం కాకూడదని ఆదేశించారు. గతంలో వివిధ దశల్లో విక్రయించినవి, దురాక్రమణ కు గురైనవి, అందుబాటులో ఉన్న ఆస్తుల సమగ్ర సమాచారం శ్వేత పత్రంలో ఉండాలని ఆదేశించారు. దురాక్రమణ లో ఉన్న భూములను స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడమా , లేక కోర్టు కేసుల్లో ఇంప్లీడ్ కావడమో జరగాలన్నారు. 2016 లో ఆస్తుల విక్రయానికి గత ప్రభుత్వం నియమించిన బోర్డు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్న నాటి నుంచి నేటి వరకు ఈ ఆస్తుల అమ్మకం ప్రక్రియకు సంబంధించి వివిధ దశల్లో ఎక్కడ ఏం జరిగిందో తేల్చేందుకు సమగ్ర విచారణకు కోరుతూ ప్రభుత్వానికి వెంటనే లేఖ రాయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
