NO MORE SALE OR AUCTION OF TTD ASSETS- TTD BOARD CHIEF _ టీటీడీ ఆస్తులు శాశ్వతంగా అమ్మకుండా తీర్మానం
Tirumala, 28 May 20: The TTD Board has decided that hereafter not to dispose of in any manner the immovable properties donated by the devotees to TTD, said Trust Board Chief Sri YV Subba Reddy.
After five hour long first ever video conference carried out by the TTD Trust Board from Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Thursday, disclosing this to media persons who came to meet him outside the Meeting Hall, the TTD Chairman said the board has also decided to set up a committee comprising of officials, intellectuals, heads of Hindu religious institutions and devotees soon to study on how to utilize such unviable and encroached properties so as to take appropriate action without hurting the sentiments of the devotees.
The TTD Chairman said, to put an end to the uproar created by a section of media and some vested interests on social media over the sale of unviable, immovable assets which impacted on the sentiments of the devotees, the AP government had issued a GO banning the sale of such assets. The current TTD board has therefore rescinded its decision on the immovable properties, though they were processed by the previous Board of TTD.
Similarly, the board meeting also decided to write to the state government to constitute an investigation committee either vigilance commission or any other body on the entire episode to bring out actual facts.
Elaborating on other important decisions, the Chairman said, TTD is fully geared to commence the Srivari Darshan as soon as they get the instructions from the Government once the lockdown ends.
“Today we have even inspected the VQC compartments, temple, laddu area etc. on how to take forward dashan arrangements to the pilgrims following the social distancing restrictions, once the lockdown ends and we get the green signal from the Government to open up darshan for pilgrims”, he maintained.
He said, TTD will henceforth follow a transparent policy on allotment of Rest Houses and abolish the previous procedure of allotment on nomination basis. “We have instructed the officials to come up with appropriate guidelines to implement the same”, he added.
The board has also decided to conduct a comprehensive enquiry on the vested interests who made baseless allegations on the decisions of the TTD board, he said.
Under the instructions of Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who felt an urgent need to have a children’s speciality hospital in Tirupati, the board has decided to develop a Children’s Hospital on the lines of Niloufer Hospital at Hyderabad which is exclusively meant for child medicare”, the Chairman said.

– టిటిడి ఆస్తుల అమ్మ‌కంపై గ‌త వారం నుండి వివిధ రాజ‌కీయ ప‌క్షాలు, మీడియా చేసిన దుష్ప్ర‌చారాన్ని బోర్డు ఖండించింది. ఈ ఆస్తుల అమ్మ‌కానికి సంబంధించి గ‌త ప్రభుత్వం నియ‌మించిన ధర్మకర్తల మండలి తీర్మానం చేసి, రెండున్న‌ర సంవ‌త్స‌రాలుగా దాన్ని అమ‌లుచేయ‌లేదు. మా ధర్మకర్తల మండలి గ‌త బోర్డు తీసుకున్న ఈ నిర్ణ‌యాన్ని కేవ‌లం స‌మీక్షించాల‌ని నిర్ణ‌యించింది. అయితే ఈ విష‌యంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం, ధర్మకర్తల మండలి మీద కొన్ని మీడియా సంస్థ‌లు, రాజ‌కీయ పార్టీలు, కొంద‌రు వ్య‌క్తులు కుట్రపూరితంగా దుష్ప్రచారం చేశారు. ఈ నిర్ణయం గ‌త ధర్మకర్తల మండలి తీసుకున్నా ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి శ్రీ వైఎస్‌.జ‌గ‌న్‌మోహ‌న్‌రెడ్డి గారు వెంట‌నే స్పందించి ఆస్తులు అమ్మ‌కూడ‌ద‌ని జిఓ జారీ చేశారు. సిఎం నిర్ణయం మేరకు ధర్మకర్తల మండ‌లిలో చ‌ర్చించి ఇక ముందు కూడా టిటిడికి భ‌క్తులు కానుక‌ల రూపంలో ఇచ్చిన ఆస్తులు అమ్మ‌కాన్ని పూర్తిగా నిషేధించాల‌ని తీర్మానం చేశాం. భ‌క్తులు కానుక‌ల ద్వారా ఇచ్చిన ఆస్తులు దురాక్ర‌మ‌ణ పాలైనా, ఉప‌యోగ‌క‌రంగా లేక‌పోయినా వాటిని భ‌క్తుల మ‌నోభావాలు దెబ్బ‌తిన‌కుండా ఎలా ఉప‌యోగించాల‌నే విష‌యంపై నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవ‌డానికి బోర్డు సభ్యులు, స్వామీజీలు, భ‌క్తులు, మేథావుల‌తో క‌మిటీ వేయాల‌ని నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నాం. ఆ క‌మిటీ ఇచ్చే నివేదిక ఆధారంగా ఏ నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలో చ‌ర్చిస్తాం.
– తిరుమ‌ల‌లో విశ్రాంతిగృహాల నిర్మాణానికి స్థ‌లాలు కేటాయించ‌బోతున్నామ‌ని కొన్ని ప‌త్రిక‌ల్లో క‌థ‌నాలు రాశారు. గ‌త ప్ర‌భుత్వాల హ‌యాంలో విశ్రాంతిగృహాల నిర్మాణానికి స్థ‌లాలు నామినేష‌న్ మీద ఇస్తూ వ‌చ్చారు. ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి శ్రీ వైఎస్‌.జ‌గ‌న్‌మోహ‌న్‌రెడ్డి ఈ విష‌యంలో పార‌ద‌ర్శ‌కంగా అంద‌రికీ అవ‌కాశం వ‌చ్చేలా మార్గ‌ద‌ర్శ‌కాలు త‌యారు చేయాల‌ని బోర్డును ఆదేశించారు. గ‌తంలో దాత‌లు నిర్మించిన కొన్ని విశ్రాంతి గృహాలు పాడుబ‌డ్డాయి. వీటిని మ‌ళ్లీ నిర్మించి ఇవ్వాల‌ని టిటిడి దాత‌ల‌కు లేఖ‌లు రాసింది. ఇద్ద‌రు ముగ్గురు మాత్ర‌మే ఇందుకు ముందుకొచ్చారు. 12 నుండి 13 మంది తాము విశ్రాంతి గృహాల‌ను తిరిగి నిర్మించ‌లేమ‌ని లేఖ‌లు రాశారు. వీటిని నామినేష‌న్ కింద కాకుండా డొనేష‌న్ ప‌థ‌కంలో చేర్చి, కొన్ని మార్గ‌ద‌ర్శ‌కాలు రూపొందించి ఇందులో అర్హులైన వారికే విశ్రాంతి గృహాల నిర్మాణానికి స్థ‌లాలు కేటాయిస్తాం.
– టిటిడి విద్యాసంస్థ‌ల్లో ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా అడ్మిష‌న్లు ప్రారంభించాల‌ని బోర్డు తీర్మానించింది.
– రాష్ట్రం విడిపోయాక ఆంధ్ర‌ప్ర‌దేశ్‌లో ప్ర‌భుత్వ చిన్న‌పిల్ల‌ల ఆసుప‌త్రి లేక అప్పుడే పుట్టిన పిల్ల‌లు ఇబ్బంది ప‌డుతున్నారు. కోవిడ్ -19 స‌మ‌యంలో శ్రీ ప‌ద్మావ‌తి ఆసుప‌త్రిని కోవిడ్ ఆసుప‌త్రికి ఇచ్చిన‌ట్టే, దేవ‌స్థానం చిన్న‌పిల్ల‌ల‌కు కూడా అన్ని సౌక‌ర్యాల‌తో ఆసుప‌త్రి నిర్మించాల‌ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి శ్రీ వైఎస్‌.జ‌గ‌న్‌మోహ‌న్‌రెడ్డి బోర్డును ఆదేశించారు. ఈ విష‌యంపై బోర్డులో చ‌ర్చించి బ‌ర్డ్ ఆసుప‌త్రిలో గానీ, స్విమ్స్ ఆసుప‌త్రిలో గానీ ఎక్క‌డ అవ‌కాశముంటే అక్క‌డ వెంట‌నే చిన్న‌పిల్ల‌ల ఆసుప‌త్రి ఏర్పాటు చేయాల‌ని తీర్మానించాం.
– ప్ర‌పంచ‌వ్యాప్తంగా భ‌క్తులు శ్రీ వేంక‌టేశ్వ‌ర‌స్వామివారి ద‌ర్శ‌నం కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు. ఈ విష‌యంపైనా బోర్డు స‌మావేశంలో స‌మీక్ష చేశాం. లాక్‌డౌన్ ముగిశాక రాష్ట్ర ప్ర‌భుత్వ అనుమ‌తి తీసుకుని ఎంత త్వ‌ర‌గా వీలైతే అంత త్వ‌ర‌గా భ‌క్తుల‌కు స్వామివారి ద‌ర్శ‌నం క‌ల్పిస్తాం. కోవిడ్-19 వ్యాప్తి నేప‌థ్యంలో భౌతిక దూరం పాటిస్తూ త‌గిన జాగ్ర‌త్త‌ల‌తో భ‌క్తుల‌కు ఏ విధంగా ద‌ర్శ‌నం క‌ల్పించ‌వ‌చ్చ‌నే అంశంపై అధికారులు కొన్ని ప్ర‌తిపాద‌న‌లు సిద్ధం చేశారు. గురువారం ఉద‌యం నేను అధికారుల‌తో క‌లిసి క్యూకాంప్లెక్స్‌లోని క్యూలైన్ల‌లో చేసిన ఏర్పాట్ల‌ను ప‌రిశీలించాను. ఇందులో కొన్ని మార్పులు సూచించాం.
