TTD TRUST BOARD RESOLUTIONS
TIRUMALA, November 1, 2016: The TTD Trust Board under the Chairmanship of Dr Ch Krishnamurthy on Tuesday has taken some important resolutions during the board meeting held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala. Some excerpts of the meeting:
TEMPLE WORKS:
➢ Rs.5.6 lakhs for silver lining and design works of Chandraprabha Vahanam for Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple (Sri PAT) at Tiruchanoor. TTD to utilise 165 kilos of silver for this purpose.
➢ Rs.2.67 lakhs towards the gold Malam Works of Simhasanam and two Aradhana Peetams in Sri PAT.
➢ Rs.25lakhs towards the construction of Alaya Prakaram and Yagashala of Sri Podilikonda Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Marripadu mandal of Prakasam district under Heritage Preservation.
➢ Rs.22.50 lakhs towards the construction of Mukha Mandapam and Vimana in Bheemeswara Swamy temple complex in Mydukuru of YSR Kadapa district.
➢ Renovation and reconstruction works of Pushkarini, Dahana Gundem, Sampathi Ghat, Jhatayu Moksha ghat, Siva temple in Sri Guptha Kameswari temple in Lepakshi at a cost f Rs.1.6cr after getting nod from
ENGINEERING WORKS:
➢ About Rs.188cr worth developmental works including both civil and electrical have been taken up in the temple city of Tirupati by TTD. (These works includes both completed as well in offing)
➢ Construction of SVBC building at a cost of Rs.14.50cr which will be completed in a year’s time.
➢ Construction of Annaprasadam Complex in Tiruchanoor at a cost of Rs.5.2cr in a time period of one and a half year.
MARKETING WORKS:
➢ Procurement of 21.50lakhs kilos of cow ghee for a period of six months at a cost of Rs.78.28crores with each kilo at a cost of Rs.364.
OTHERS:
➢ TTD is set to perform eighth phase Managudi programme in two Telugu speaking states on November 14 on the auspicious Karthika Pournami day and Rs.66.93 lakhs has been sanctioned towards the same.
➢ Nod given to allot TTD land in Vijayanagaram on lease for a period of 25years to Pushpagiri Netra institution.
➢ Extension for a period of three more years has been given to Lepakshi Handicrafts Emporium stall to run in Srinivasam Complex in Tirupati.
➢ TTD to perform Srinivasa Kalyanam in November end at Samshabad in the state of Telengana.
FOR EMPLOYEES:
➢ The Brahmotsava Bahumana for 2016 has been approved as Rs.12500 to regular and Rs.6250 to contractual / outsourcing employees.
➢ As per Go.No.194, dated 07-10-16, the pay scale for 205 EMTS (Employees Minimum Time Scale has been enhanced from Rs.6700 to Rs.13000
➢To incorporate the method of recruitment and qualification in TTD service rules of 1989 for certain religious posts of including Purohitam, Samaveda Vaddiyar, Yamunottarai, Tallapaka Kainkaryadar, tray cleaner, potu cleaner (19 posts)etc. which were sanctioned by government as per GO No.855 but not in TTD service rules.
