Tirumala, 6 February 2021: TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy has directed officials to complete the ongoing roof slab works at Alipiri footpath on a war footing to facilitate the barefoot common devotees vow redemption process.

He was inspecting the roof slab works on walkers path from Alipiri to Tirumala on Saturday evening.

The chief engineer Sri Ramesh Reddy explained to the TTD chairman that the works from Alipiri to Galigopuram will be completed as per stipulated time schedule.

The chairman who inspected the works from 45th curve to Tirumala urged officials complete that phase also before Brahmotsavams to which the CE said the pathways are scheduled to be ready by October itself.

The chairman said the foot- walkway would be ready for use by devotees for annual Brahmotsavams.

తిరుమల, 06 ఫిబ్ర‌వ‌రి 2021: చెప్పులు వేసుకోకుండా మైళ్ళ దూరం నడచుకుని వచ్చి శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామివారి దర్శనం చేసుకునే సామాన్య భక్తుల కోసం నిర్మిస్తున్న నడక దారి పై కప్పు పనులు త్వరగా పూర్తి చేయాలని టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ వైవి సుబ్బారెడ్డి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. అలిపిరి నుంచి తిరుమల వరకు జరుగుతున్న నడక దారి పైకప్పు పనులను శనివారం ఆయన పరిశీలించారు. అలిపిరి నుంచి గాలిగోపురం వరకు పనులు ఏప్రిల్ చివరకు పూర్తి చేస్తామని చీఫ్ ఇంజినీర్ శ్రీ రమేష్ రెడ్డి చైర్మన్ కు వివరించారు. 45వ మలువు నుంచి తిరుమల దాకా జరుగుతున్న పనులను పరిశీలించిన చైర్మన్ వీటిని కూడా బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల నాటికి పూర్తి చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. అక్టోబర్ నాటికి పూర్తి చేసేలా ప్రణాళిక తయారు చేశామని సిఈ చెప్పారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల నాటికి అలిపిరి నుంచి తిరుమల వరకు నడక దారి పైకప్పు భక్తులకు అందుబాటులోకి వస్తుందని చైర్మన్ శ్రీ సుబ్బారెడ్డి చెప్పారు. ఎస్ ఈ 2 శ్రీ నాగేశ్వరరావు ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
