TTD EO LAUNCHES ERP APPLICATION

Tirupati, 9 November 2016: The IT initiative spree continues in TTD as the TTD EO Dr D Samba Siva Rao launched the Enterprise resource Planning (ERP) on Wednesday with an aim to provide an integrated finance and accounting solution.

The launch programme took place in the chambers of TTD EO in TTD administrative building in Tirupati. Congratulating the joint efforts of TTD accounts department, IT wing and TCS team of experts the EO expressed his confidence that this business process management software will not only support to use a system of integrated applications but also reforms the entire back office functions.

He also directed the officials concerned to impart proper training to the staff for the success of this programme.

Meanwhile in the first phase seven units will be undergoing ERP implementation including Tirumala, Sri Govindaraja Swamy, Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru and Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temples besides Marketing division, TTD administrative building Accounts department and DPW stores.

The modules that have been implemented include Purchasing, Inventory, Payables, Fixed assets, Cash Management, Receivables and General Ledger. This will help TTD to avoid multiple accounting and formalize the auditing system.

Additional FACAO Sri O Balaji, CAO Sri Raviprasadudu, IT Wing Chief Sri Sesha Reddy, CIO Sri Sudhakar Bhaskaruni and others were also present.
