TTD FOR TRAINERS TO TRAIN SRIVARI SEVAKULU _ శ్రీవారి సేవకులను తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు త్వరలో ప్రత్యేక శిక్షకులు
TTD has introduced Srivari Seva in the year 2000, with a motto to offer services to visiting pilgrims with co-pilgrims in a transparent and efficient manner. In the last 12years of its journey, Srivari Seva voluntary service attained new heights and today it has become one of the chief supporting organs in the pilgrim crowd management.
Keeping in view the future perspective, TTD has decided to enhance and strengthen the services of Srivari seva volunteers in a much better way and decided to introduce trainers and master trainers for the same.
The devotees who are willing to take part in this noble service should have to follow the guidelines specified by TTD as follows:
* Sould be intellectual and have wide spiritual knowledge on Hindu Sanatana Dharma
* Should have experience of have rendered service in some service organisations
* Should not involve in any criminal or legal cases * Should not have policital or commercial motto
year in Tirumala.
Meanwhile to train these trainers, TTD will be utilising the services of Master trainers who are versatile intellectuals in different fields. These master trainers will train up the trainers in SVETA bhavan in Tirupati for few days. TTD will provide free boarding, lodging and food facility to the trainers during their training period at Tirupati. TTD also provides free food and transportation facility to these trainers during their service period in Tirumala.
Duties of Trainers:
*These trainers will have organise bhajans, daily prayers every day to Srivari Sevakulu with out fail.
*They have to train the volunteers on mode of service that is being offered to pilgrims at various places, behavioural attitude with the pilgrims and on Hindu Dharma
* Duties of the volunteers need to be verified at regular intervals

తిరుమల, మార్చి 20, 2013: కలియుగ ప్రత్యక్ష దైవమైన తిరుమల శ్రీవారి దర్శనార్థం ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా విచ్చేసే భక్తుల సంఖ్య రోజురోజుకూ పెరుగుతుండడంతో భక్తుల సౌకర్యార్థం తదనుగుణంగా ఉచిత సేవలందిస్తున్న శ్రీవారి సేవలకులను తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు త్వరలో ప్రత్యేక శిక్షకుల(ట్రయినర్స్‌) సేవలను తితిదే వినియోగించుకోనుంది.
శ్రీవారి భక్తులకు విశేష సేవలందిస్తున్న శ్రీవారి సేవకులకు సేవ, భక్తిభావన, సౌమ్యసంభాషణ యొక్క ప్రాధాన్యతను తెలిపేరీతిలో ప్రత్యేక శిక్షకులు శ్రీవారి సేవకులకు తర్ఫీదును మాస్టర్‌ ట్రయినర్స్‌ ద్వారా ఇవ్వనున్నారు. అయితే అంతకుమునుపు ప్రత్యేక శిక్షకులకు తితిదే తిరుపతిలోని శ్వేత భవనంలో తితిదే ఆధ్వర్యంలో శిక్షణ ఇవ్వనుంది.
ప్రత్యేక శిక్షకులుగా కాదలిచిన వ్యక్తులకు ఉండవలసిన అర్హతలు:
– ఉన్నత విద్యావంతులై ఉండాలి.
– సామాజిక స్పృహ, అధ్యాత్మిక స్ఫూర్తి, సేవాతత్పరత కలిగి ఉండాలి.
– గతంలో ఏదైనా సేవా సంస్థలో నిస్వార్థంగా సేవలందించి ఉండాలి.
– ఎటువంటి రాజకీయ పక్షాలతోను సంబంధం ఉండరాదు.
– ఎటువంటి చట్టపరమైన విచారణలను ఎదుర్కొని ఉండరాదు.
– కనీసం ఆరు నెలల నుండి ఒక సంవత్సరం రోజుల పాటు తిరుమలలో శిక్షకులుగా తితిదే నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగా వ్యవహరించవలసి ఉంటుంది.
కాగా, ఈ ప్రత్యేక శిక్షకులకు తిరుపతిలో ఉచిత వసతి మరియు రవాణా సౌకర్యాలను తితిదే కల్పిస్తుంది. శిక్షణ అనంతరం వీరు తమ సేవలను తిరుమలలోని శ్రీవారి సేవకులకు శిక్షకులుగా అందిస్తారు. తిరుమలలో కూడా వీరి సేవాకాలాన్ని అనుసరించి తితిదే తిరుపతి నుండి తిరుమలకు ఉచిత రవాణా వసతిని, భోజన ఏర్పాట్లను కల్పిస్తుంది.
శిక్షకులు తిరుమలలో నిర్వహించాల్సిన విధులు:
– భక్తులకు ఉన్నతమైన సేవలను అందించడంలో శ్రీవారి సేవకులకు ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణ.
– ప్రతిరోజూ శ్రీవారి సేవకులతో క్రమం తప్పకుండా ప్రార్థనలు, భజనలు నిర్వహించడం.
– వివిధ ఆధ్యాత్మిక అంశాలపై వారికి తర్ఫీదు ఇవ్వడం.
– శ్రీవారి సేవకుల విధులను తనిఖీ చేయడం.
– శ్రీవారి సేవకుల వద్ద నుండి వారి సేవ అనంతరం వారి అనుభవాలను, సలహాలు, సూచనలను సేకరించడం.
