TTD GETS READY FOR R-DAY FETE

TIrupati, 25 January 2016: The temple management of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is all set to celebrate the R-Day fete with patriotic fervour on Tuesday both at Tirupati and in Tirumala.

The flag hoisting ceremony will take place at Tirumala by 7:30am in Gokulam Rest House premises. Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju will deliver his R-day speech.

While in Tirupati, the unfurling of national flag will take place at 9am in the parade grounds behind TTD Administrative building.

The TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao will give his R-day speech on this occasion which will be followed by parade march off cultural programmes, distribution of medals and appreciation certificates to employees.

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar, CVSO Sri D Nagendra Kumar and other senior officers, employees will also take part in this programme.
