“TTD TO ENSURE BETTER VIEW OF BRAHMOTSAVA VAHANA SEVAS”-JEO

Tirumala, 20 August 2015: The temple management of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has been making elaborate arrangements for the ensuing twin Brahmotsavams in such a way that it will ensure a better view of Vahana Sevas than last year with more comfortable and hassle free entry and exit points, said, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju.

Jeo along with Chief Vigilance and Security Officer of TTD Sri G Nagendra Kumar and Tirupati Urban SP Sri Gopinath Jetti inspected the mada streets encircling the main shrine, Outer Ring Road, Kalyana Vedika for over three hours on Thursday and negotiated with the officials on what best measures can be implemented to provide secured movement of pilgrims in galleries during Brahmotsavams.

Later speaking to media persons, he said, as a part of their inspection parking slots for both APSRTC and private cars have been identified at the spacious area located at Karnataka Chowlties, near Kalyana Vedika etc. “We have also studied on evacuation plan, holding capacity of pilgrims etc. and making structural arrangements in galleries accordingly. This time apart from the inner cordon, a second level structure will also be coming up as a safety measure”, he maintained.

SEII Sri Ramachandra Reddy, SE Electricals Sri Venkateswarulu, GM Transport Sri Sesha Reddy, Additional CVSO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, Health Officer Dr Sermistha, APSRTC RM Sri Nagasivudu were also present.
