TTD TO MAKE AADHAAR PUBLICITY IN A BIG WAY-TIRUMALA JEO

Tirumala, 6 June 2017: To offer pilgrims better services with more transparency in the core areas of Darshan, accommodation and laddu Prasadam, the temple management will take up publicity in an extensive manner soon, said Tirumala Jeo Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju.

The weekly review meeting was held in Annamaiah Bhavan on Tuesday evening with all HoDs in Tirumala. During the review meeting the JEO said, soon some reforms will be brought in the core areas of pilgrim service.

“With the instructions of TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal we have already implemented some of them recently which includes feedback reports from Srivari Sevakulu in VQC compartments, milk distribution by the volunteers wearing specially designed aprons etc. Every day we are reviewing the feed back reports from pilgrims and making necessary changes. In the next couple of days “Help Desks” will be arranged in all the compartments and Srivari Seva volunteers will be deployed in each compartment”, he added.

SE II Sri Ramachandra Reddy, VGOs Sri Ravindra Reddy, Smt Vimala Kumari, Temple DyEO Sri Kodandarama Rao and other officers were also present.
