TTD TO REVIVE TRAINING PROGRAMME PATTERN TO ITS EMPLOYEES
Tirupati, 28 October 2015: With an aim to enhance the professionalism among the strong work force of TTD, the Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar has called upon all the HoDs to revive the syllabus pattern of training programme to its employees.
A review meeting was held at SPRH in Tirupati on Wednesday evening. He said, the employees should be given training in communication skills and proper body language while dealing with multitude of pilgrims. “The training should aim at developing the employee both individually and professionally. In such a manner, the syllabus should be re-designed. All the HoDs especially those who have interface with the pilgrims should come out with a syllabus plan in their respective areas”, he added.
Later he said, the core topics like crowd management, hospitality management, crisis management, IT utilisation, communication skills, soft skills, office execution etc. should be given prime focus.
He instructed the SVETA Director Sri T Anjaneyulu and HRD Consultant Sri Chandra Sekhar to train the employees,vigilance and teachers under special trainers.
