TTD WILL OFFER ITS SUPPORT IN RAILWAY STATION DEVELOPMENT-TTD CHAIRMAN

Tirupati, 8 January 2016: TTD Trust Board Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy on Friday asserted that TTD will offer its support towards the development of Railway station and also in the making of Tirupati as number one Smart City in the country as per the wish of Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu.

Addressing media persons in Tirupati Railway station he said, with the increased pilgrim rush, there is a dire need to develop Tirupati railways to world standards. There is need to extend the area for which we offer our support in providing land and other required facilities. We are also committed to develop Tirupati as Lake City and already taken up the beautification of 100 lakes in and around temple city” , he observed.

Earlier the chairman inspected the railway station along with DRM Sri Gopinath Malya. EE of TTD Sri Krishna Reddy and other railway and TTD officials were also present.
