VAHANA SEVAS OF APPALAYAGUNTA BRAHMOTSAVAMS KICK STARTS WITH PEDDA SESHA VAHANAM

Appalayagunta, 13 Jun. 19: On Day one of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams in Appalayagunta, the processional deity of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy took a celestial ride on Pedda Sesha Vahanam and thrilled the devotees who came to witness the event on Thursday evening.

The idols of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy flanked on either side by His two divine consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi mounted atop the golden Pedda Sesha was taken on ride in four mada streets. The sesha vahanam is symbolic with Dhyana Bhakti and Dasya Bhakti.

Temple DyEO Smt Jhansi Rani, AVSO Sri Nandeeswar Rao, AEO Sri Subramanyam, Temple Suptd Sri Gopalakrishna Reddy, Temple Inspector Sri Srinivas and other officials participated.
