VASANTHOTSAVAMS AT SRINIVASA MANGAPURAM BEGINS ON A COLOURFUL NOTE _ ఘనంగా ప్రారంభమైన శ్రీనివాసమంగాపురం వెంకన్న వసంతోత్సవాలు
TIRUPATI, MAY 21: The three-day annual Vasanthotsavam began on a colourful note in the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram on Saturday.
As a part of the festival, the processional deities of Lord Malayappa and Sri Devi-Bhudevi were given celestial bath with all varieties of spices in the noon between 2pm to 4pm in the Vasantha Mandapam. After the Snapana Tirumanjanam the deities were tastefully decorated and unjal seva has been performed in the evening between 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
The temple management has cancelled arjitha sevas like Kalyanotsavam and Brahmotsavam in the view of the festival from May 21 to May 23. Temple officials including local temples Deputy EO Smt Jhansi Rani, temple inspector Sri Natraj, others and devotees took part in this celestial fete. The devotees who are willing to take part in this festival can pay Rs.516 on which two persons will be allowed.

తిరుపతి, మే,21, 2011: సాక్షాత్తు తిరుమల వెంకటేశ్వరస్వామి ప్రతిరూపంగా పూజలందుకొంటున్న శ్రీనివాస మంగాపురం కల్యాణవెంకటేశ్వరస్వామి ఆలయంలో శనివారం నాడు వసంతోత్సవాలు ఘనంగా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి.
తిరుపతి, మే,21, 2011: సాక్షాత్తు తిరుమల వెంకటేశ్వరస్వామి ప్రతిరూపంగా పూజలందుకొంటున్న శ్రీనివాస మంగాపురం కల్యాణవెంకటేశ్వరస్వామి ఆలయంలో శనివారం నాడు వసంతోత్సవాలు ఘనంగా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి.
వైఖానసమాసం శ్రవణానక్షత్రాన్ని పురష్కరించుకొని ప్రతి ఏటా ఈ వార్షిక వసంతోత్సవాలను తితిదే మూడు రోజులపాటు నిర్వహించడం ఆనవాయితి. ఈ సందర్భంగా శనివారం ఉదయం 8.30 గంటలకు ఉత్సవరులు ఆలయం నుండి వసంత మండపానికి వేంచేపు చేసారు. తొలి రోజు మలయప్పస్వామి తన ఉభయనాంచారులతో కూడి వసంతోత్సవంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
మధ్యాహ్నం 2.00 నుండి 4.00 వరకు స్నపనతిరుమంజనం కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఆలయ అర్చకులు వైఖానస ఆగమోక్తంగా నిర్వహించారు. తరువాత ఉత్సవమూర్తులను సర్వాంగ సుందరంగా అలంకరించారు. అనంతరం సాయంత్రం 5.30 గంటల నుండి 6.30 గంటల వరకు ఊంజలసేవ నిర్వహించారు.
కాగా వసంతోత్సవం పురస్కరించుకొని ఈ మూడురోజుల పాటు ఆలయంలో నిర్వహించే ఆర్జితసేవలైన కల్యాణోత్సవం, బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలను తితిదే రద్దుచేసినది. ఈ ఉత్సవం సందర్భంగా తితిదే ప్రత్యేక సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించింది. ఈ ఉత్సవంలో తితిదే ఉన్నత అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
