JEO INSPECTS VIDEO CONFERENCE HALL_ వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ హాల్ ను పరిశీలించిన తిరుపతి జెఈవో

Tirupati, 26 Jun. 19: Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham on Wednesday evening inspected Video Conference set up in meeting all in TTD administrative building.

He said this would enable the officers to hold a conference call with the officials manning TTD Kalyana mandapams, information centers located across the country.

Later he had a trial call in a video conference and personally observed the functioning. He instructed the UT wing officials to effectively operate the system.

తిరుప‌తి, 2019 జూన్ 26: టిటిడి పరిపాలన భవనంలోని సమావేశ మందిరంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ విధానాన్ని బుధవారం తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ బి. లక్ష్మీకాంతం పరిశీలించారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న టిటిడి ఆలయాలు, కల్యాణమండపాలు, సమాచార కేంద్రాలకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలపై సంబంధిత అధికారులు వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ ద్వారా ఉన్నతాధికారుల దృష్టికి నేరుగా తీసుకువచ్చేందుకు వీలుగా ఈ విధానాన్ని అమలులోకి తీసుకురానున్నారు. రుషికేష్, చెన్నై, విజయవాడ, బెంగుళూరు, హైదరాబాద్ తదితర ప్రాంతాల అధికారులతో తిరుపతి జెఈవో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ నిర్వహించారు. ఈ విధానాన్ని పటిష్టంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు వీలుగా ఐటీ అధికారులకు జెఈవో పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
