VONTIMITTA TO GET NEW LOOK BY NEXT ANNUAL FETE-TTD EO_ వచ్చే బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాల నాటికి ఒంటిమిట్ట రామాలయానికి నూతన హంగులు :

Vontimitta, 10 August 2017: “The ancient shrine of Lord Sri Kodandarama Swamy at Vontimitta in Kadapa district will get am all new look by next annual brahmotsavams”, asserted, TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.

The EO along with Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar visited on Thursday, the famous shrine which was taken over by TTD in Kadapa over a couple of years ago. After inspecting various developmental activities which are under progress in the temple, speaking to media persons, the EO said, after carrying out negotiations for over a year with National Monument Authority officials in New Delhi, the TTD received permissions to make necessary modifications”, he added.

Adding further the EO said, “All the master plan designs will be completed in the next 15 days and we will commence the developmental works in two phases. During the first phase, all the premiere works will be completed before next annual fete of the temple. The developmental works including setting up of ticket counters, waiting halls with locker facilities, daily Darshan mechanism, development of greenery surrounding the temple premises etc”, he maintained.

Earlier checking the quality of civil works, the EO instructed the Chief Engineer Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy to complete the construction of Pilgrim Amenities Complex which is under progress with in a month’s time.

SEs Sri Sri Ramulu, Sri Venkateswarulu, DFO Sri Sivaram Prasad, Estates Officer Smt Goutami, Additional Health Officer Dr Sunil, DyEO outside temples Sri Subramanyam, PRO Dr T Ravi were also present.

ఆగస్టు 10, తిరుపతి, 2017: టిటిడికి అనుబంధంగా గల కడప జిల్లా ఒంటిమిట్టలోని ప్రాచీనమైన శ్రీ కోదండ రామాలయానికి వచ్చే వార్షిక బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాల నాటికి నూతన హంగులు సమకూరుస్తామని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ తెలిపారు. టిటిడి ఈవో గురువారం తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌తో కలిసి ఒంటిమిట్టలోని శ్రీ కోదండరామాలయాన్ని సందర్శించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ ఆలయంలో చేపట్టాల్సిన అభివృద్ధి పనులకు సంబంధించి భారత పురావస్తు శాఖ నుంచి అనుమతులు లభించాయని తెలిపారు. ఇందుకోసం ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు న్యూఢిల్లీలోని ఆ శాఖ అధికారులతో ఉత్తర ప్రత్యుత్తరాలు చేపట్టామని వివరించారు. ఆలయం, పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లో చేపట్టాల్సిన పనులకు సంబంధించిన మాస్టర్‌ప్లాన్‌ డిజైన్లు 15 రోజుల్లో పూర్తవుతాయని, ఆ తరువాత రెండు దశల్లో పనులు చేపడతామని తెలిపారు. మొదటి దశలో భక్తులకు పటిష్ట దర్శన ఏర్పాట్లు, టికెట్‌ కౌంటర్లు, తాగునీటి వసతి, ఆలయ పరిసరాల్లో మొక్కల పెంపకం, పుష్కరిణి, విశ్రాంతిగృహాలు, లాకర్లు, మరుగుదొడ్లు తదితర అత్యవసర పనులను వచ్చే బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాల నాటికి పూర్తి చేస్తామన్నారు. ఇతర అభివృద్ధి పనులను రెండో దశలో చేపడతామని తెలిపారు.

అంతకుముందు నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న యాత్రికుల వసతి సముదాయం పనుల నాణ్యతను పరిశీలించారు. నిర్ణీత వ్యవధిలో ఈ పనులను పూర్తి చేయాలని చీఫ్‌ ఇంజినీర్‌ శ్రీ చంద్రశేఖర్‌రెడ్డిని ఆదేశించారు. అదేవిధంగా, ఆలయ పరిసరాలు, కల్యాణవేదిక తదితర ప్రాంతాలను ఈవో పరిశీలించారు.
