Tirumala, 11 October 2018: The ongoing Navaratri Brahmotsavam Vahana sevas on the Mada streets of Tirumala have a different point of attraction for the devotees – walking gods and Goddesses.
The artists of Sri Padmavati Women degree and PG colleges of Tirupati staged a new concept of artists dressed as Gods and Goddesses in front of the Hamsa Vahanas on Thursday evening. The lecturers of the college Shyama dressed as popular Padmavati, Usharani adorned the celestial Venkateswara role, Srilatha as Garuda, Jyothi as Naradadu. Venkatalakshmi herself as Brahma Krishnaveni was Saraswati.
The college team comprised of 30 artistes of which eight donned the robes of celestial deities while the rest performed kolatas infront of the Vahanas. The students and lecturers of the college had participated in the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Brahmotsavam in November last year. The display of artistic skills of students and lecturers or the Sri Padmavati College was under the guidance of the HDPP, the cultural and dharmic wing of the TTD.

అక్టోబ‌రు 11, తిరుమల, 2018: శ్రీవారి న‌వ‌రాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో రెండో రోజైన గురువారం రాత్రి జ‌రిగిన హంస వాహనసేవలో శ్రీ మ‌ల‌య‌ప్ప‌స్వామివారు వీణాపాణిగా స‌ర‌స్వ‌తి దేవి అలంకారంలో భ‌క్తుల‌కు ద‌ర్శ‌న‌మిచ్చారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా టిటిడి హిందూ ధ‌ర్మ‌ప్ర‌చార ప‌రిష‌త్ ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో ఏర్పాటుచేసిన వివిధ దేవ‌తామూర్తుల వేష‌ధార‌ణ ప్ర‌త్యేక ఆక‌ర్ష‌ణ‌గా నిలిచింది. టిటిడికి చెందిన తిరుప‌తిలోని శ్రీ ప‌ద్మావ‌తి మ‌హిళా డిగ్రీ, పిజి క‌ళాశాల అధ్యాప‌కులు ఈ దేవ‌తామూర్తుల వేషాలు ధ‌రించ‌డం విశేషం. విద్యార్థుల‌కు పాఠాలు బోధించే అధ్యాప‌కులు ఎంతో సాధ‌న చేసి శ్రీవారి వాహనసేవలో పాల్గొని భ‌క్తిభావాన్ని చాటుకున్నారు. మొత్తం 30 మంది బృందంలో ఆరుగురు విద్యార్థినులు మిన‌హా అంద‌రూ అధ్యాప‌కులు, బోధ‌నా సిబ్బంది ఉన్నారు. వీరిలో ఎనిమిది మంది దేవ‌తామూర్తుల వేషాలు ధ‌రించ‌గా, మిగిలిన వారు కోలాటం ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శించారు.
శ్రీ‌ప‌ద్మావ‌తి వేంక‌టేశ్వ‌రులుగా శ్రీమతి ఉషారాణి, శ్రీమతి శ్యామ‌ల, శివ‌పార్వ‌తులుగా శ్రీమతి కాంచ‌న‌ల‌త, శ్రీమతి కుసుమ‌కుమారి, బ్ర‌హ్మ స‌రస్వ‌తిగా శ్రీమతి వెంక‌ట‌ల‌క్ష్మి, శ్రీమతి కృష్ణ‌వేణి, గ‌రుడునిగా శ్రీమతి శ్రీ‌ల‌త, నార‌దునిగా శ్రీమతి జ్యోతి భ‌క్తిభావం ఉట్టిప‌డేలా వేషాలు ధ‌రించారు.
శ్రీ ప‌ద్మావ‌తి మ‌హిళా డిగ్రీ, పిజి క‌ళాశాల అధ్యాప‌కులు, విద్యార్థులు శ్రీ ప‌ద్మావ‌తి అమ్మ‌వారి బ్ర‌హ్మోత్స‌వాల్లోనూ కోలాటం ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శ‌న ఇచ్చారు.
