WII TEAM INSPECTS ALIPIRI FOOTPATH _ అలిపిరి కాలిబాట మార్గం తనిఖీ చేసిన డబ్ల్యూఐఐ బృందం
Tirumala, 28 September 2023: A three-member expert team from the Wildlife Institute of India(WII) inspected the Alipiri footpath route on Wednesday evening.
During their field inspection from Alipiri to NS temple on foot they inspected both spots of Animal attack on Koushik and Lakshitha, the areas where six Leopards trapped.
They also studied the terrain and footpath details and also possibilities for permanent measures such as fencing, under passes and over passes etc. and also verified the short-term measures taken by TTD and the Forest Department of AP and expressed satisfaction.
Dr Ramesh, Scientist from WII, Dehradun along with two other team members Dr Ashutosh Singh, and Mr Prashant Mahajan informed that there is a possibility to take up fencing along with under and over passes for animals passage in the Alipiri foot path. CF Sri Nageswara Rao, Deputy CF of TTD Sri Srinivasulu were also present.

కాలినడకన అలిపిరి నుండి శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనరసింహస్వామి దేవాలయం వరకు వారు చేసిన క్షేత్ర పరిశీలనలో, కౌశిక్ మరియు లక్షితపై చిరుత దాడి జరిగిన రెండు ప్రదేశాలను, ఆరు చిరుతలను చెర పట్టిన ప్రాంతాలను వారు పరిశీలించారు.
ఫెన్సింగ్, అండర్ పాస్‌లు మరియు ఓవర్ పాస్‌లు మొదలైన శాశ్వత చర్యలకు ఉన్న అవకాశాలను కూడా అధ్యయనం చేశారు మరియు TTD మరియు AP అటవీ శాఖ తీసుకున్న స్వల్పకాలిక చర్యల పట్ల కూడా సంతృప్తిని వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
