Tirupati, 14 December 2017: Describing the innovative idea of time-slot token system for Sarva Darshan pilgrims as an epic scheme floated by TTD, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju called upon the strong work force of TTD to make it a grand success.
Addressing the officers and staffs who are deployed to execute the time-slot Sarva Darshan counter operation on trail basis from December 18-23 that was held at SVETA bhavan in Tirupati on Thursday evening, the JEO said, the pilgrim rush to Tirumala is increasing day by day. At this juncture, we have mulled this path breaking prestigious project of Time Slot even for Sarva Darshan which we have already successfully implemented for Rs.300 as well for pedestrian pilgrims”, he added.
He urged every one to own the project and execute their duties with responsibility. “Our work will commence from Monday on wards. We have handpicked the most efficient officers and staffs for operating the Slot wise Sarva Darshan (SSD) counters. On total 117 counters in 14 locations will be operated which includes 12 in Tirumala, one at Galigopuram and another at Srivari Mettu. Among these counters 25 will be manned by Trilok agencies, both footpath counters by Bank of Baroda while the rest by TTD. We have deployed 80 senior officers and 300 odd employees in three shifts for this mega task. The first shift will be from 6am to 2pm, second between 2pm and 10pm .while the final shift from 10pm till 6am. All should be punctual with time. We have also arranged transportation facility from TTD”, he maintained.
The JEO said, the feed back from the pilgrims is yet another core activity. “After Rathasapthami we are contemplating to launch this time slot system on full scale and for this the feed back from the pilgrims is important. I am confident that with all your efficiency and experience this trial run will become a grand success”, he asserted.
Transport GM Sri Sesha Reddy, VGO Sri Ravindra Reddy, senior officers, over 300 employees were also present.

డిసెంబరు 14, తిరుమల, 2017 ; తిరుమలకు విచ్చేసే భక్తులకు తక్కువ సమయంలో శ్రీవారి దర్శనార్థం కల్పించేందుకు ఉద్దేశించిన సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం(టైమ్‌స్లాట్‌) విధానాన్ని టిటిడి సిబ్బంది సమష్టిగా పనిచేసి విజయవంతం చేయాలని తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీ కె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు పిలుపునిచ్చారు. తిరుపతిలోని శ్వేత భవనంలో గురువారం సాయంత్రం టిటిడి అధికారులకు, సిబ్బందికి అవగాహన సదస్సు నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ టిటిడి ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా భావిస్తున్న సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం విధానానికి సంబంధించి డిసెంబరు 18 నుంచి 23వ తేదీ వరకు ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా టోకెన్లు మంజూరుచేయనున్నట్టు తెలిపారు. భక్తులు ఆధార్‌ కార్డులను చూపి సర్వదర్శనం టోకెన్లు పొందాలన్నారు.
తిరుమలలోని 14 ప్రాంతాల్లో ఏర్పాటుచేసిన 117 కౌంటర్లలో సిబ్బంది క్రమశిక్షణతో విధులు నిర్వహించి భక్తులకు టోకెన్లు మంజూరుచేయాలని కోరారు. 25 కౌంటర్లలో త్రిలోక్‌ సిబ్బంది, గాలిగోపురం వద్ద 12 కౌంటర్లు, శ్రీవారిమెట్టు వద్ద 4 కౌంటర్లలో బ్యాంక్‌ ఆఫ్‌ బరోడా సిబ్బంది, మిగిలిన కౌంటర్లలో టిటిడి సిబ్బంది టోకెన్లు మంజూరు చేస్తారని తెలిపారు. ఉదయం 6 నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం 2 గంటల వరకు, మధ్యాహ్నం 2 నుంచి రాత్రి 10 గంటల వరకు, రాత్రి 10 నుంచి తెల్లవారుజామున 6 గంటల వరకు సిబ్బందికి మూడు షిప్టుల్లో విధులు కేటాయిస్తామన్నారు. తిరుపతి నుంచి సిబ్బంది తిరుమలకు చేరేందుకు టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనం నుంచి రవాణా ఏర్పాట్లు చేశామన్నారు.
ఈ అవగాహన సదస్సులో టిటిడి ఐటి విభాగాధిపతి శ్రీ శేషారెడ్డి, విజివో శ్రీ రవీంద్రారెడ్డి, 80 మంది సీనియర్‌ అధికారులు, 300 మందికిపైగా సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
