Tirupati, 11 April 2024: Renowned Motivational Expert Sri Satya Nagesh informed the TTD officials and other employees that this training program on personality development would help them to overcome their stress and render better services.
A training program on personality development was held to the TTD senior officers at SVETA on Thursday in Tirupati.
The expert speaker grabbed the attention of all with live interaction with interesting slides through PowerPoint presentation.
Earlier SVETA Director Sri Bhumana Subramanyam Reddy said that in the coming days, training programs will also be conducted on cyber crimes, social media misinformation etc. He said that especially the health problems of priests and drivers will be studied and awareness programs will be organized for them too. He said that such training programs are very useful for TTD employees.

తిరుపతి, 11 ఏప్రిల్ 2024: ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ వ్యక్తిత్వ వికాసంతో సంతోషకరమైన జీవితం గడపవచ్చని ప్రముఖ వ్యక్తిత్వ వికాస నిపుణులు శ్రీ సత్య నగేష్ తెలిపారు. తిరుపతి శ్వేత భవనంలో రెండు రోజులపాటు టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు నిర్వహించనున్న వ్యక్తిత్వ వికాస శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమం గురువారం ప్రారంభమైంది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా శ్రీ సత్య నగేష్ మాట్లాడుతూ, టీటీడీలో ఉద్యోగ విధులు నిర్వహించే ఉద్యోగులు ఆయా ప్రాంతాల్లో వివిధ సందర్భాల్లో, వివిధ సమయాలలో పని ఒత్తిడికి గురి అవుతుంటారని, ఆ ఒత్తిడిని తగ్గించేందుకు ఈ శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమం ఎంతగానో ఉపయోగపడుతుందని వివరించారు. అనంతరం పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రజెంటేషన్ ద్వారా టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించారు.
శ్వేత సంచాలకులు శ్రీ భూమన సుబ్రమణ్యం రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ, రాబోయే రోజుల్లో సైబర్ నేరాలు, సోషల్ మీడియా దుష్ప్రచారాలు, వంటి వాటిపై కూడా శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. ముఖ్యంగా అర్చకులు, డ్రైవర్ల ఆరోగ్య సమస్యలపై అధ్యయనం చేసి వారికి అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు ఇలాంటి శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు ఎంతగానో ఉపయోగపడుతుందన్నారు. రాబోవు రోజుల్లో మరిన్ని శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు వివరించారు.
