Tirupati, 5 October 2017: TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal today congratulated the staff and heads of all departments for their all round efforts in making the just concluded Brahmotsavam into a grand success.

Addressing a review meeting at the TTD admin building here,the EO said that e-filing app should become fully operational in all the departments of the temple administration by March 2018. The crash training, networking, cable lay out and digital signature facility are being provided to the staff in five key departments where the app is operational on a pilot basis.

The EO urged the officials to enhance the greenery in Tirumala and TTD areas of Tirupati, beautification works with new electrical designs, ensure hassle free and slippery-free environment to devotees at annaprasadam points in Srivari temple.

He said the electrical illuminations and billboards put up during the Brahmotsavam had been a major hit with devotees and the designs should be video graphed in consultation with experts for future use. All the vacant spaces on the four mada streets should be identified and converted into gallaries for devotee benefit. He also advised the HDPP officials to invite skilled and reputed artists from all over India to participate in the Brahmotsavam and other festivals at Tirumala and Tirupati. He also instructed them to utilise only quality PA(public address)systems during festival vahanams etc.

The EO also said that a committee should be set up with Tirumala JEO, CVSO, Tirupati Urban SP and SE II to study how at all harati points on mada streets, opportunity should be given to other devotees, besides those with harati for better darshan of the vahana deities and again send them back tothe galleries.

The EO said sinages and display boards in several languages should be installed all over Tirumala and also at Mada streets for benefit of devotees from many states. He said coordianted efforts should be made by the Engineering, Anna Prasadam and other departments for smooth and success of the Vaikunta Ekadasi on December 29.

అక్టోబరు 05, తిరుపతి, 2017: శ్రీవారి సాలకట్ల బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాలకు విచ్చేసిన అశేష భక్తజనవాహినికి విశేష సేవలందించి ఉత్సవాలను విజయవంతం చేసిన అన్ని విభాగాల అధికారులు, సిబ్బందికి టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీఅనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ అభినందనలు తెలియజేశారు. తిరుపతిలోని టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలో గల ఈవో కార్యాలయంలో గురువారం సీనియర్‌ అధికారులతో ఈవో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ మొదటి దశలో టిటిడిలోని ఐదు విభాగాల్లో ఈ-ఫైలింగ్‌ విధానాన్ని అమలుచేయాలని, ఇందుకోసం సిబ్బందికి అవసరమైన శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలని, డిజిటల్‌ సిగ్నేచర్‌కు అవసరమైన సాంకేతిక ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. 2018, మార్చి నాటికి దశలవారీగా అన్ని విభాగాల్లో ఈ-ఫైలింగ్‌ను అమలుచేయాలని సూచించారు. ఇందుకు అవసరమైన నెట్‌వర్కింగ్‌, కేబుల్స్‌ ముందుగా సమకూర్చుకోవాలన్నారు. తిరుపతి, తిరుమలలో పచ్చదనం పెంచి సుందరీకరణ పనులు త్వరితగతిన చేపట్టాలని ఆదేశించారు. శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో విద్యుద్దీపాలంకరణ కోసం డిజైన్లు తయారుచేసి ఆకర్షణీయంగా ఉండేలా లైటింగ్‌ ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలన్నారు. ఆలయంలో ప్రసాదాలు పంపిణీ చేసే చోట భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి అసౌకర్యం లేకుండా, జారిపడకుండా ఎప్పటికప్పుడు వేడినీటితో శుద్ధి చేయాలని సూచించారు.

బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాలలో విద్యుత్‌ విభాగం చేపట్టిన విద్యుద్దీపాలంకరణలకు మంచి స్పందన వచ్చిందని ఈవో అభినందించారు. విద్యుత్‌ అలంకరణలను వీడియో తీసి భద్రపరచాలని, తద్వారా నిపుణులను సంప్రదించి భవిష్యత్తులో మరింత మెరుగ్గా అలంకరణలు చేపట్టేందుకు వీలవుతుందని అన్నారు. నాలుగు మాడ వీధుల్లో నిరుపయోగంగా ఉన్న స్థలాన్ని గుర్తించి భక్తులు వాహనసేవలు వీక్షించేందుకు వీలుగా గ్యాలరీలు తీర్చిదిద్దాలని సూచించారు. వచ్చే బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాల వాహనసేవల్లో ఏర్పాటుచేసే కళాప్రదర్శనల్లో నాణ్యత పెంచేందుకు దేశంలోని వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల్లో మంచి ఆదరణ ఉన్న కళాబృందాలను ఆహ్వానించాలని హిందూ ధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్‌ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. కళాబృందాలకు టిటిడి ఆధ్వర్యంలోనే నాణ్యమైన ఒకే విధమైన మైక్‌ సిస్టమ్‌ను సమకూర్చాలన్నారు.

మాడ వీధుల్లోని హారతి పాయింట్ల వద్ద హారతి ఇచ్చే భక్తులతోపాటు వెలుపల ఉన్న భక్తులను కూడా లోనికి పంపి స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించాలని, తిరిగి వారిని వెలుపలికి పంపేందుకు తగిన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని, ఈ అంశంపై అధ్యయనం చేసేందుకు తిరుమల జెఈవో, సివిఎస్‌వో, తిరుపతి అర్బన్‌ ఎస్పీ, ఎస్‌ఇ-2తో కమిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామన్నారు. తిరుమలలోని వివిధ ప్రాంతాలను భక్తులు సులువుగా గుర్తించేందుకు వీలుగా వివిధ భాషల్లో సూచికబోర్డులు ఏర్పాటుచేయాలన్నారు. ఆలయ మాడ వీధుల్లోని గ్యాలరీల్లోనూ సూచిక బోర్డులు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సూచించారు. డిసెంబరు 29న వైకుంఠ ఏకాదశికి ఇప్పటి నుంచే ఇంజినీరింగ్‌, అన్నప్రసాదం, ఇతర విభాగాలు సమాయత్తం కావాలన్నారు.
