KOIL ALWAR TIRUMANJANAM AT SRI PVST, APPALAYAGUNTA ON DEC 26_ డిసెంబరు 26న శ్రీ ప్రసన్న వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి ఆలయం కోయిల్‌ ఆళ్వార్‌ తిరుమంజనం
Tirupati, 22 Dec. 17: Ahead of the Vaikunta Ekadasi festival on Dec 29, the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be performed at the Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta on Dec 26.
After the daily morning rituals of Melkolupu with Thiruppavai and Archana, the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam- cleaning of the sanctum of the temple will be performed.
As part of the holy traditions, temple complex, walls, roof slab and all the puja vessels will be cleaned with traditional and desi herbs and detergents like Gadda Karpooram, Sandal powder, Kichili gadda, perfumed waters etc. Devotees will be given darshan after 11.30am only.

తిరుపతి, 2017 డిసెంబరు 22: అప్పలాయగుంటలోని శ్రీ ప్రసన్న వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి ఆలయంలో డిసెంబరు 26వ తేదీ మంగళవారం కోయిల్‌ ఆళ్వార్‌ తిరుమంజనం నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ఆలయంలో డిసెంబరు 29వ వైకుంఠ ఏకాదశి పర్వదినం ముందు కోయిల్‌ ఆళ్వార్‌ తిరుమంజనం నిర్వహించడం ఆనవాయితీ.
ఈ సందర్భంగా మంగళవారం తెల్లవారుజామున తిరుప్పావైతో స్వామివారిని మేల్కొలిపి కొలువు, అర్చన నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఉదయం 8.00 నుండి 11.00 గంటల వరకు కోయిల్‌ ఆళ్వార్‌ తిరుమంజనం జరుగనుంది. ఇందులో ఆలయ ప్రాంగణం, గోడలు, పైకప్పు, పూజాసామగ్రి తదితర వస్తువులను నీటితో శుద్ధి చేసిన అనంతరం నామకోపు, శ్రీచూర్ణం, కస్తూరి పసుపు, పచ్చాకు, గడ్డ కర్పూరం, గంధం పొడి, కుంకుమ, కిచీలీగడ్డ తదితర సుగంధ ద్రవ్యాలు కలగలిపిన పవిత్రజలాన్ని ఆలయం అంతటా ప్రోక్షణం చేస్తారు. అనంతరం భక్తులను ఉదయం 11.30 గంటల నుండి భక్తులను సర్వదర్శనానికి అనుమతిస్తారు.
