NO MAJOR DAMAGE IN FIRE MISHAP- TTD

Tirupati, 24 October 2014: No major damage has been caused in the minor fire mishap that occurred in the main building of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) on Friday.

A minor fire accident took place at around 7.30am in Room No.102 where the activities of State Audit Department of TTD take place due to short circuit. However with the alertness of TTD Vigilance sleuths, the fire has been immediately put off within no time. No major damage has been caused to either to life or property except for a couple of chairs in the department.
