E-OFFICE IN 11 MORE DEPARTMENTS IN COUPLE OF WEEKS-TIRUPATI JEO_ ఈ – ఆఫీస్‌ దిశగా టిటిడి అడుగులు – తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌

Tirupati, 24 November 2017: Marching ahead towards e-Office, TTD will ensure the paperless filing system in another 11 departments by next couple of weeks said, Tiruapti JEO Sri P Bhaskar.

A review meeting on e-Office with eleven departments of TTD took place in his chambers in Tirupati Administrative building on Friday. Speaking on this occasion, he said, under the instructions of Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu, in the personal supervision of TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal, the entire TTD administration will come under e-Office fold by March 31 next. “During first phase the e-Office is implemented in five departments, second phase in 12, next phase in 17 and will be enabled in 11 departments including Vigilance, Parakamani, KKC, Reception 1, 2, 3, SE 3, 4 and Electrical, Audit sections by December first week end. In the final phase Education, Law, All Projects, HDPP, Press will succeed the e-Office. Before that the IT wing should procure all the technical requirements of the departments”, he instructed IT wing chief Sri Sesha Reddy.

Later in the meeting held at Conference Hall in the administrative building, the JEO instructed SE I Sri Ramesh Reddy, to give a new look to all the departments to suit the environment of e-office.

CVSO Sri A Ravikrishna, all HoDs belonging to 11 departments were also present.

తిరుపతి, 2017 నవంబరు 24: టిటిడిలో మరింత సులభతరమైన, పారదర్శకమైన పాలన కోసం ఉద్దేశించిన ఈ – ఆఫీస్‌ను మలి విడతగా మరో 11 విభాగాలలో అమలు చేయనున్నట్లు టిటిడి తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌ తెలిపారు. తిరుపతిలోని టిటిడి పరిపాలన భవనంలోని గల జెఈవో కార్యలయంలో శుక్రవారం ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌పై అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ తొలి విడతలో 5, రెండవ విడతలో 12, మూడవ విడతలో 17, మరో వారం రోజుల లోపు 11 విభాగాలలో ఈ-ఆపీస్‌ ప్రారంభించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఇందులో టిటిడి విజిలెన్స్‌, ఎస్‌ఇ – 3 మరియు 4, ఎలక్ట్రికల్‌, కల్యాణకట్ట, దాతల విభాగం, పరకామణి, తిరుమలలోని విడిది విభాగం 1 మరియు 2, 3, ఆడిట్‌ విభాగాలు వున్నాయి. ఇందుకు అవసమైన సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం, సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌, కంప్యూటర్లు, స్కానర్లు, ఇంటర్‌నెట్‌ సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. త్వరలో అధికారులకు, సిబ్బందికి ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌పై శిక్షణ ఇవ్వనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. డిసెంబరు రెండోవారంలో చివరి దశలో విద్యా విభాగం, టిటిడి ప్రాజెక్టులు, డిపిపి, ముద్రాణాలయం, డిఎల్‌వో, వైద్య విభాగాలలో ఈ-ఫైలింగ్‌ అమలుకు చర్యలు తీసుకొంటున్నామన్నారు.

అనంతరం పరిపాలన భవనంలోని మీటింగ్‌హాల్‌లో జరిగిన సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడుతూ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వర్యులు గౌ|| శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆదేశాల మేరకు టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ పర్యవేక్షణలో టిటిడిలోని అన్ని విభాగాలలో 31 మార్చి, 2018 నాటికి ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌ విధానాన్ని టిటిడిలోని అన్ని విభాగాలలో అమలు చేస్తామని తెలిపారు. టిటిడి పరిపాలన భవనంలోని అన్ని విభాగాలను ఈ-ఆఫీసుకు అనుగుణంగా రూపొందించవలసిందిగా ఎస్‌ఇ1 శ్రీ రమేష్‌రెడ్డిని ఆదేశించారు. టిటిడి ఉద్యోగులకు నూతనంగా నిర్మిస్తున్న క్యాంటీన్‌ పనులను త్వరగా పూర్తి చేయాలన్నారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో డిఎల్‌వో శ్రీ ఎమ్‌.వి.రమణ నాయుడు, ఐటి విభాగాధిపతి శ్రీ శేషారెడ్డి, ఆయా విభాగాల విభాగాధిపతులు, ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
