ATTRACTIVE ELECTRICAL ILLUMINATIONS

Tirumala, 23 September 2015: TTD engineering department had elaborately arranged barricades, iron grills and security gates for the successful conduction of the Brahmotsavams, says the chief engineer of TTD Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy.

Addressing reporters at the Media center he said that all arrangements- food counters, mobile toilets, drinking water taps,parking lots were conceived and erected by the engineering staff in record time.Rs.365 lakhs were spent on civil works and Rs.221 lakhs on electrical works ‘ he said.

He said the department set up ornamental bhajana mandaps on Mada streets, painted gopurams, prakarams, temple rangoli on mada street, arches and decorative shamianas around Mada streets, cleaning of gold and silver items of Srivari temple, decorative arches on ghat roads,sinages on Tirumala.

Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy the SE in charge of electrical said that in all 25 LEDs for Tirumala at Mada street etc and Five LED screens for Tirupati were supplied to enhance the devotees spiritual experience of the vahanams processions.We also supplied Public address systems and erected 42 electrical illuminations( bill boards).
