DO NOT DONATE TO UMBRELLA PROCESSIONS: TTD_ గొడుగుల ఊరేగింపులో భక్తులు కానుకలు ఇవ్వకండి : టిటిడి
Tirumala, 20 September 2017: TTD has appealed that the devotees should not donate to the procession of Umbrellas from Chennai as they not reach the Srivari Hindi and that they are not related to TTD at all.
The procession of umbrellas will commence from Chennai on Sep 24 and will reach Tiruchanoor on Sep 25 and make night halt .After special rituals at Sri Padmavati Temple two umbrellas would be presented there.
Later the procession will reach Tirumala where they will present 7 umbrellas for seva on Garuda Vahanam day.

తిరుమల, 2017 సెప్టెంబర్‌ 20: శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో భాగంగా గరుడసేవనాడు అలంకరించేందుకు చెన్నై నుంచి తిరుమలకు చేరుకునే గొడుగుల ఊరేగింపులో భక్తులు ఎలాంటి కానుకలు అందించరాదని టిటిడి విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తోంది. భక్తులు అందించే కానుకలు టిటిడికి చేరవని, కానుకలతో టిటిడికి ఎలాంటి సంబంధమూ లేదని తెలియజేస్తోంది.
సెప్టెంబరు 24వ తేదీ సాయంత్రం చెన్నైలో గొడుగుల ఊరేగింపు ప్రారంభమవుతుంది. 25వ తేదీ తిరుచానూరుకు చేరుకుని అక్కడే బస చేస్తారు. శ్రీపద్మావతి అమ్మవారి ఆస్థానమండపంలో ప్రత్యేక పూజలు నిర్వహించి అమ్మవారికి 2 గొడుగులను బహూకరిస్తారు. అనంతరం తిరుమలకు చేరుకుని 7 గొడుగులను శ్రీవారికి బహూకరిస్తారు.
