Tirumala, 2 August 2019: The Electronic Dip application designed by TTD is robust and transparent, affirmed TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.
During the monthly Dial your EO Programme held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday, the EO attended to the calls of 28 pilgrim callers on various issues.
Answering pilgrim callers Sri Badrinarayana from Bellary, Sri Rajasekhar from Mumbai, Sri Praveen from Puttaparthi, Sri Prasad from Dharmavaram the EO clarified them that there are two systems on which the Arjitha Seva tickets are being allotted to the pilgrim. One through the Lucky Dip system at Tirumala and another by the way of Electronic Dip system. “The Electronic Dip application is designed in such a way that it is a robust and transparent one. Once a devotee books some Seva ticket, it will not allow him or her to book for the next six months. Due to the availability of the limited number of tickets it is not possible to allot Seva tickets in Information Centres spread across the country”, he added.
Callers Sri Murugesan from Kallakurchi, Sri Naresh from Dharmavaram sought EO to arrange the facility of allotting rooms for the pedestrian pilgrims in Tirupati itself as it will be difficult for them to again wait for long hours for the sake of accommodation in Tirumala after walking up the hill on foot. Answering the callers, the EO said he will look into the possibility.
Sri Suryakumar from Bengaluru, Sri Murugan from Kumbakonam brought to the notice of EO about the jostling in Vaikuntham compartments during the release of compartments to which he said, the concerned officers will be directed to release the compartments in an orderly manner to avoid congestion.
Sri Obulesu from Bangarupeta of Karnataka sought EO to enhance vigilance in Srinivasam Rest House at Tirupati as many thefts are taking place to which the EO said, CCTVs have been installed at Four Mada Streets in Tirumala and in temple in the first phase and the installation of rest of cameras will be taken up soon in the next phase. We will also increase our vigilance in the rest houses at Tirupati.
A Muslim devotee Sharifun from Ongole asked EO to provide accommodation facility to the devotees who come from other faiths also with a lot of devotion towards Lord Venkateswara. Answering the caller, EO said, for Darshan, we take the declaration from the pilgrims of other faiths and provide. We will think on accommodation as this is the first case we have ever received”, he said.
Sri Mohana Krishna from Vijayawada brought to the notice of EO about the abnormal prices being charged by the private hotels in Tirumala through the displayed rates in the board are different. The EO said stern action will be initiated on such hotels by the way of continuous raids and laying penalty.
Another caller Sri Krishnaiah from Nellore sought EO to ensure that the Kankanams and Prasadams reach the devotees who take part in Vara Lakshmi Vratam at Tiruchanoor to which the EO said the suggestion is well taken.

1. మోహన్ కృష్ణ – విజయవాడ.
ప్రశ్న: తిరుమలలో హోటళ్లలో టిఫిన్ ధరలు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నాయి ?
ఈవో : ధరల పట్టిక ప్రకారం ఆహార పదార్థాలు విక్రయించకపోతే కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం.
2. వెంకటరమణరెడ్డి – పెద్ద జొన్నవరం.
ప్రశ్న: ప్రత్యేక దర్శనానికి వృద్ధుల వయోపరిమితి 65 ఏళ్ల నుండి 60 ఏళ్లకు తగ్గించండి ?
ఈవో : ఎక్కువ మంది భకుల కోరిక మేరకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటాం.
3. ఈశ్వర్ – తిరుపతి
ప్రశ్న: తిరుపతి నుండి చూసేవారికి తిరుమల కొండపైగల శంఖు చక్ర నామాలు సరిగా కనిపించడం లేదు. ?
ఈవో : వెంటనే తగు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం.
4. శ్రీనివాసులు రెడ్డి – తిరుచానూరు.
ప్రశ్న: శ్రీపద్మావతి అమ్మవారి ఆలయం చుట్టూ చిల్లర వ్యాపారులు భక్తులను ఇబ్బంది పెడుతున్నారు. ?
ఈవో : మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ లో భాగంగా షాపింగ్ కాంప్లెక్స్ నిర్మించి చిరు వ్యాపారులను అక్కడికి తరలిస్తాం.
5. శరవణన్ – తిరుచిరాపల్లి, భద్రినారాయణ – బళ్లారి, ప్రవీణ్ – పుట్టపర్తి .
ప్రశ్న:ఆన్ లైన్ లక్కీ డిప్ లో ఆర్జితసేవలు దొరకడం లేదు ?
ఈవో : తరచూ ప్రయత్నిస్తే దొరికే అవకాశం ఉంది. దాదాపు లక్షా పది వేల మంది భక్తులు ఆర్జితసేవల టికెట్ల కోసం ఆన్ లైన్ లో నమోదు చేసుకుంటున్నారు. కంప్యూటర్ ద్వారా ర్యాండమ్ అలాట్మెంట్ జరుగుతోంది. టికెట్లు పొందిన భక్తుల వివరాలను టిటిడి వెబ్ సైట్ లో పొందుపరుస్తాం.
6. సరిత – ఒంగోలు
ప్రశ్న: నా పేరు షరీఫున్ .. నేను ముస్లిం మతస్తురాలిని. మొదటిసారి శ్రీవారిని దర్శించుకోవడం చాలా సంతృప్తి ఇచ్చింది. అయితే అన్యమతస్తులకు గదులు కేటాయించడం లేదు, పరిశీలించండి ?
ఈవో : అన్యమతస్తుల నుండి డిక్లరేషన్ తీసుకుని శ్రీవారి దర్శనం కల్పిస్తున్నాం. గదులు కేటాయించే విషయాన్ని పరిశీలిస్తాం.
7. కృష్ణయ్య – నెల్లూరు
ప్రశ్న:తిరుచానూరులో వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతం రోజున అమ్మవారి కంకణాలు, ప్రసాదాలను భక్తులందరికీ అందెలా చూడండి ?
ఈవో : అక్కడి అధికారులకు సూచనలు ఇచ్చి భక్తులందరికీ తప్పక అందెలా చేస్తాం.
8. చంద్రశేఖర్ – రాజమండ్రి
ప్రశ్న: బ్రేక్ దర్శనం టికెట్లు తిరిగి కేటాయిస్తారా ?
ఈవో : బ్రేక్ దర్శనం టికెట్లు రద్దు చేయలేదు. అందులోని కేటగిరీలను మాత్రమే రద్దు చేశాం. దీనివల్ల సమయం ఆదా అవుతోంది.
9. రామసుబ్రమణ్య శర్మ – హైదరాబాద్
ప్రశ్న:సహస్రదీపాలంకార సేవలో రాముల వారి పక్కన గల సీతమ్మ మెడలో శ్రీవారి బంగారు డాలర్ వేయడం ఎంత వరకు సబబు ?
ఈవో : ఈ అంశాన్ని శ్రీవారి ఆలయ అర్చక స్వాముల దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్తాం.
10. శ్రీనివాస్ – జమ్మలమడుగు
ప్రశ్న: జమ్మలమడుగులోని శ్రీనరపుర వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామివారి ఆలయానికి పుష్పాలు సరిగా రావడం లేదు ?
ఈవో : సమీక్షించి తగు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం.
11. శ్రీనివాసులు – తిరుపతి
ప్రశ్న: టిటిడిలోని పలు విభాగాలలో అధికారులు తమ క్రింది స్థాయి సిబ్బందిని తీవ్ర ఒత్తిడికి గురి చేస్తున్నారు ?
ఈవో : ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నేతలతో తరచూ సమావేశం నిర్వహిస్తున్నాం. ఇలాంటి అంశం నా దృష్టికి రాలేదు.
12. సెంథిల్ కుమార్ – బెంగుళూరు
ప్రశ్న:ట్యాక్సీ డ్రైవర్లు అధిక ధరలను వసూలు చేస్తున్నారు, తిరుమలలో వాహనాల వేగాన్ని నియంత్రించండి ?
ఈవో : పోలీసు, ట్రాఫిక్ అధికారులతో చర్చించి తగు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం.
13. గోవిందు – పెనుగొండ
ప్రశ్న: రూ.300 /- టికెట్లను తిరుమలలోను ఇవ్వండి ?
ఈవో : ఎక్కువ మంది భక్తుల కోరిక మేరకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటాం.
14.. నరేష్ బాబు – ధర్మవరం, మురుగేషన్ – విల్లుపురం
ప్రశ్న: శ్రీవారి మెట్టు మార్గంలో వచ్చే భక్తులకు గదులు కేటాయించండి ?
ఈవో : పరిశీలిస్తాం.
15. సూర్యకుమార్ – బెంగుళూరు
ప్రశ్న: ఎలిఫెంట్ గేట్ నుండి శ్రీవారి ఆలయం వరకు, దర్శనానంతరం వెలుపలికి వచ్చేటప్పుడు తోపులాటలు అధికంగా ఉన్నాయి ?
ఈవో : క్యూలైన్లలో క్రమంగా మార్పులు తీసుకువస్తున్నాం.
16. చంద్రశేఖర్ – తిరుపతి
ప్రశ్న:భక్తులు సమర్పిస్తున్న నాణేల విలువ తగ్గకుండా తరలించే చర్యలు చేపట్టండి ?
ఈవో : ఈ విషయానికి సంబంధించి భారత ప్రభుత్వం, మింట్ అధికారులతో చర్చిస్తున్నాం.
17. ఓబులేసు – బంగారుపేట
ప్రశ్న:శ్రీనివాసంలో మా సెల్ ఫోన్ లు పోయాయి. సిసి కెమెరాలు పనిచేయలేదు ?

ప్రశ్న: శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల గరుడ సేవ సమయంలో మూడు రోజుల పాటు ఆన్ లైన్ లో గదులు బ్లాక్ చేస్తున్నారు ?

ప్రశ్న : శ్రీవారి ఆర్జిత సేవలను సమాచార కేంద్రాలలో అందుబాటులో ఉంచండి ?
ఈవో : ఎక్కువ మంది భక్తుల కోరిక మేరకు ఆన్ లైన్ లో విడుదల చేస్తున్నాం.
