Tirupati, 7 May 2018: The TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal today directed the officials to prepare comprehensive action plans for development of all the TTD managed Kalyana Mandapams.
Addressing a review meeting with senior officials at the TTD Admin building the TTD EO said all the TTD Superintendenting Engineers should inspect all the temples and Kalyana Mandapams within their jurisdictions and make a presentation on the scope and feasibility for their further development.
He said he would soon address separate review meeting at which they should be geared for action plans for repairs for all TTD buildings and Temples.
He instructed the SE-2 to prepare an action plan for construction of additional toilets at Tirumala.
He said the sign boards in Tirumala were presently in one language only and needed to be put up in four languages for the convenience of the devotees. Advance preparations for allotments of rooms should be made to meet the demand of devotees for summer rush.
He also wanted the publicity through text messages and Radio besides wall posters, stickers, handbills and flexes on the Sarva Darshan arrangements.
The TTD EO directed the officials to frequently analyse the systems for Sarva Darshan, Divya Darshan and Rs.300 ticket darshan with an objective of management of the devotee rush during festivals and summer months. They should also review the arrangements in the queue lines with regard to anna prasadams, drinking water, supplies.
He also directed the Public Relations officer to frame guidelines for training of Srivari Sevakulu who were serving at the ANC and Saptagiri rest houses in the accommodation sector.

మే 07, తిరుపతి, 2018: టిటిడి ఆధ్వర్యంలోని కల్యాణమండపాలను అభివృద్ధి చేసేందుకు ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలని ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తిరుపతిలోని టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలో గల సమావేశ మందిరంలో సోమవారం సీనియర్‌ అధికారులతో ఈవో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ త్వరలో ప్రత్యేక సమావేశం నిర్వహిస్తామని, ఎస్‌ఇలు తమ పరిధిలోని కల్యాణమండపాల్లో చేపట్టాల్సిన అభివృద్ధి పనులకు సంబంధించి ప్రజంటేషన్‌ ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుందని చెప్పారు. అదేవిధంగా, ఎస్‌ఇలు తమ పరిధిలోని ఆలయాలు, ఇతర టిటిడి భవనాలను తనిఖీ చేసి, చేపట్టాల్సిన మరమ్మతులపై నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించారు. తిరుమలలో అదనంగా మరుగుదొడ్ల ఏర్పాటుకు సంబంధించి కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించాలని ఎస్‌ఇ-2కు సూచించారు. తిరుమలలో సూచికబోర్డులు ప్రస్తుతం ఒక భాషలోనే ఉన్నాయని, మిగతా 4 భాషల్లో భక్తులకు సులువుగా అర్థమయ్యేలా ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని అన్నారు. తిరుమలలోని వసతి గదుల్లో నల్లుల సమస్య తలెత్తకుండా ముందస్తు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శన విధానంపై మరింత అవగాహన కల్పించేందుకు టెక్ట్స్‌ మెసేజ్‌లు, రేడియో ద్వారా ప్రచారం చేయడంతోపాటు గోడపత్రికలు, స్టిక్కర్లు, కరపత్రాలు ముద్రించి భక్తులకు అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలన్నారు.
తిరుమలలో ప్రస్తుతం అమలుచేస్తున్న సర్వదర్శనం, దివ్యదర్శనం, రూ.300/- ప్రత్యేక ప్రవేశదర్శన విధానాల ద్వారా దర్శించుకుంటున్న భక్తుల సంఖ్యను ఒక బృందం ద్వారా ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పరిశీలించి సమగ్రంగా అధ్యయనం చేయాలని, తద్వారా రద్దీకి తగ్గట్టు ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని ఈవో ఆదేశించారు. అదేవిధంగా కంపార్ట్‌మెంట్లు, క్యూలైన్లలో భక్తుల సంతృప్తి మేరకు అన్నప్రసాదాలు, అల్పాహారం, తాగునీరు అందుతున్నాయా లేదా అనే విషయాన్ని పరిశీలించాలన్నారు. వసతి కల్పన విభాగం ఆధ్వర్యంలోని ఏఎన్‌సి, సప్తగిరి సత్రాల్లో భక్తులకు సేవలందిస్తున్న శ్రీవారిసేవకులకు మెరుగైన శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేందుకు శిక్షణాంశాలను రూపొందించాలని ప్రజాసంబంధాల అధికారిని ఆదేశించారు.
