హెచ్ఆర్ విభాగంపై జెఈవో(ఆరోగ్యం, విద్య‌) శ్రీ‌మ‌తి స‌దా భార్గ‌వి సమీక్ష
 
తిరుప‌తి, 2022 జూన్ 06: టిటిడి జెఈవో(ఆరోగ్యం, విద్య‌) శ్రీ‌మ‌తి స‌దా భార్గ‌వి సోమవారం తిరుప‌తి టిటిడి ప‌రిపాల‌న భ‌వ‌నంలోని స‌మావేశ మందిరంలో హెచ్ఆర్ విభాగంపై స‌మీక్ష నిర్వ‌హించారు.
 
ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ ప్ర‌తి వారం ఒక విభాగంపై స‌మీక్ష నిర్వ‌హిస్తామ‌ని, మొద‌ట‌గా హెచ్ఆర్ విభాగంతో ప్రారంభించిన‌ట్టు తెలిపారు. ప‌దోన్న‌తుల ఖాళీల జాబితా, ఫిట్‌లిస్టును నోటీస్ బోర్డులో ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శించాల‌న్నారు. ప‌దోన్న‌తుల పాలసీని సిద్ధం చేయాల‌ని సూచించారు. టి అండ్ పి మార్గ‌ద‌ర్శ‌కాలు రూపొందించాల‌ని, ప్ర‌తినెలా స‌మావేశాలు నిర్వ‌హించి మ‌రింత మెరుగ్గా సేవ‌లందించాల‌ని కోరారు. ఆడిట్ అభ్యంత‌రాలు, కోర్టు కేసుల‌కు సంబంధించి న్యాయాధికారితో స‌మ‌న్వ‌యం చేసుకుని ప‌ర్య‌వేక్షించాల‌న్నారు. విభాగంలోని సిబ్బంది ప‌ర్స‌న‌ల్ రిజిస్ట‌ర్ నిర్వ‌హించాల‌ని ఆదేశించారు. హెచ్ఆర్ విభాగంలోని సిబ్బంది పార‌ద‌ర్శ‌కంగా, బాధ్య‌తాయుతంగా విధులు నిర్వ‌హించాల‌ని సూచించారు.
 
ఈ స‌మావేశంలో హెచ్ఆర్ విభాగం డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ గోవింద‌రాజ‌న్‌, ఇత‌ర సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.

Tirupati, 06 June 2022: TTD JEO for (Health and Education) Smt Sada Bhargavi reviewed on the responsibilities and functions of HR Wing of TTD on Monday.

The review meeting was held at the Conference Hall in TTD Administrative Building.

The JEO (H &E) said the review of HR department was held today as part of weekly review of each department.

Among others the JEO directed officials to prepare a list of vacancies, Fit-list etc.be displayed on the notice board and a policy on promotions, T&P guidelines be formulated.

She also instructed officials to conduct monthly review meetings, co-ordinate with the Law Officer on audit objections, court cases, and maintain a personnel register in every department. She also directed that HR wing function with more responsibility and transparency.

HR Wing DyEO Sri Govindarajan and other staff members were also present.
