MEDICAL DEPT FULLY GEARED TO SERVE DEVOTEES- DR NARMADA, SUPTD ASWINI HOSPITAL

Tirumala 25 September 2017: The medical and health department of the TTD is fully geared to provide all first aid and other treatment to devotees who throng the hill shrine for Btrahmotsavam-2017 Dr. S Narmada, superintendent of Ashwini Hospital, Tirumala.

Speaking to reporters at the Media center as part of the Brahmotsavam-2017 Dr Narmada said that 45 doctors and 75 paramedics were deployed for brahmotsvam duties. TTD has geared 11 ambulances and put up 12 first aid centers all over to serve the devotees. We have roped in medical staff from SVIMS, BIRRD,SVMC and DM & HD.

She said so far semiyearly devotees have been rendered service during the first two days of the brahmotsavams. We are ready with even swine flu equipment’s- medicines, 2 layered masks, N95 masks, pamphlets at all centres to spread awareness.
