“NO DELAY IN SUPRABHATA SEVA”-TEMPLE DEPUTY EO

Tirumala, 18 February 2015: The temple Deputy EO of Srivari temple, Sri C Ramana termed the reports that were scrolled by a section of electronic media alleging that the Suprabahata Seva has been delayed in Tirumala on Wednesday as totally baseless.

Speaking to media persons outside the temple he said, after Ekantha Seva on Tuesday, the archakas are set to open the temple doors on Wednesday for Suprabhata Seva at 2.15am. Since the Bangaru Vakili key did not open up the lock, the same has been immediately brought to the notice of the Executive Officer and Joint Executive Officer of Tirumala. Following their instructions, the lock was cut opened and the Suprabhata Seva has been performed on scheduled time at 3am without any delay.
He also said even there was no delay in the Suprabhata Seva of the Honourable President of Srilanka Sri Mytripala Sirisena and his entourage who took part in this early morning seva on Wednesday.

Answering to a query, the Deputy EO said, there is no need for an inquiry over this issue since no one has reportedly committed negligence in discharging their duties.
