TIRUMALA, 24 SEPTEMBER 2021: TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy ruled out the malicious campaign against TTD made by some vested interests which threw baseless allegations on releasing the on-line SED tickets for the month of October via sub-domain of M/s.Jio on Friday.
In a statement released to media, the Chairman said that he has already informed via media that to overcome the technical snags in online booking, the Jio company has come forward to offer technical as well infrastructure support worth nearly Rs.3crore to TTD free of cost.
In spite of his earlier announcements, a section of media and some vested interests on social media created ruckus and unnecessary confusion among devotees with baseless allegations on TTD.
He stated that keeping in view the health security of pilgrims as well as locals, our employees, TTD has taken the decision to release the Special Entry Darshan Quota release and Slotted Sarva Darshan tokens in Online.
Following the complaints and feedback from pilgrims over the technical issues in online bookings in the months of August and September, TTD I.T. Team with the help of TCS explored all the technical possible solutions to overcome these performance issues.
When we approached Jio, Amazon, Abhi bus, Book my Show, M/s Jio came forward to offer free service. “We could able to overcome the technical issues and all the tickets were booked in a smooth manner. The Cloud management support worth Rs. 3crore provided by Jio free of Cost. The pilgrims were redirected to Jiomart subdomain from tirupatibalaiji.ap.gov.in website. TTD sub-domain could not be created due to time and technical constraints. From next month release onwards, jiomart will not appear and the domain name will be tirupaitbalaji.ap.gov.in only.
The act of politicising every good deed of TTD without knowing the facts and trying to malign the reputation of institution by some vested interests is seriously condemnable and appealed to devotees not to be taken away by such baseless allegations”, he stated.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఛైర్మ‌న్ మీడియాకు ఒక ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న విడుదల చేశారు. ద‌ర్శ‌న టికెట్ల బుకింగ్‌లో ఎదుర‌వుతున్న సాంకేతిక స‌మ‌స్య‌ల‌ను అధిగ‌మించేందుకు జియో సంస్థ దాదాపు రూ.3 కోట్లు విలువైన సాంకేతిక స‌హ‌కారం, మౌలిక స‌దుపాయాలను ఉచితంగా అందించేందుకు ముందుకొచ్చింద‌న్నారు. కొన్ని మీడియా ఛాన‌ళ్లు, సామాజిక మాధ్య‌మాల్లో కొంద‌రు ప‌నిగ‌ట్టుకుని టిటిడిపై నిరాధార‌మైన ఆరోప‌ణ‌లు చేస్తూ భ‌క్తుల‌ను గంద‌ర‌గోళానికి గురి చేస్తున్నార‌ని చెప్పారు. భ‌క్తులు, తిరుప‌తి ప్ర‌జ‌లు, టిటిడి ఉద్యోగుల ఆరోగ్య‌భ‌ద్ర‌త‌ను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని ప్ర‌త్యేక ప్ర‌వేశ ద‌ర్శ‌న టికెట్లు, స‌ర్వ‌ద‌ర్శ‌నం టికెట్ల‌ను ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో విడుదల చేయాల‌ని నిర్ణ‌యించామ‌న్నారు.
ద‌ర్శ‌న టికెట్ల బుకింగ్‌కు సంబంధించి ఆగ‌స్టు, సెప్టెంబ‌రు నెల‌ల్లో ఎదురైన సాంకేతిక స‌మ‌స్య‌లపై భ‌క్తుల నుండి ప‌లు సూచ‌న‌లు, ఫిర్యాదులు అందాయ‌న్నారు. వీటిని టిటిడి ఐటి విభాగం, టిసిఎస్ సంస్థ‌ల స‌హ‌కారంతో ప‌రిష్క‌రించిన‌ట్టు చెప్పారు. అయితే ఇలాంటి సాంకేతిక స‌మ‌స్య‌లు పున‌రావృతం కాకుండా ప‌లు మార్గాల‌ను అన్వేషించామ‌ని, ఇందులో భాగంగా క్లౌడ్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ సిస్ట‌మ్‌ను వినియోగించుకునేందుకు అమెజాన్‌, జియో, బుక్ మై షో, అభిబ‌స్ లాంటి సంస్థ‌ల‌ను సంప్ర‌దించామ‌ని వివ‌రించారు. వీరిలో జియో సంస్థ రూ.3 కోట్లు విలువైన క్లౌడ్ సేవ‌ల‌ను ఉచితంగా అందించేందుకు ముందుకొచ్చింద‌ని తెలిపారు. అయితే tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో స‌మ‌యాభావం వ‌ల్ల జియో మార్ట్ స‌బ్ డొమైన్ వినియోగించాల్సి వ‌చ్చింద‌న్నారు. వ‌చ్చే నెలలో పూర్తిగా టిటిడి డొమైన్‌లోనే ద‌ర్శ‌న టికెట్లు విడుదల చేస్తామ‌ని చెప్పారు.
టిటిడి మంచి ఉద్దేశంతో భ‌క్తుల‌కు టికెట్ల జారీ ప్ర‌క్రియను ఎంతో చ‌క్క‌గా అమ‌లుచేస్తుండ‌గా, కొంత‌మంది అదేప‌నిగా సంస్థ ప్ర‌తిష్ట‌కు భంగం వాటిల్లేలా వివిధ మాధ్య‌మాల‌లో అవాస్త‌వాలు ప్ర‌చారం చేయ‌డం స‌బ‌బు కాద‌ని ఆయ‌న అన్నారు.
