Tirupati,15 October 2022: TTD JEO (H & E) Smt Sada Bhargavi suggested Principals and Wardens of TTD educational institutions to ensure that students should pursue studies with discipline and dedication.
Addressing a review meeting of principals, wardens and security officials at her chambers in TTD administrative building, TTD JEO said officials should promote healthy environment at hostels and colleges and oversee that students do not go outside without valid reasons.
Speaking on the occasion TTD JEO suggested that wardens should coordinate with security personnel to keep a vigil on students going out and newcomers entering the premises. They should also guarantee that students wear decent apparel as per dress code and that they are taught moral values for societal needs.
She said action plans be made to bring good results with study hours for students both morning and evening. The teachers should always conduct conferences with students to resolve their doubts.
They should also organise meetings with the parents of students to appraise them of students’ progress.
TTD DEO Sri Govindarajan was also present.

తిరుపతి 15 అక్టోబరు 2022: టీటీడీ విద్యాసంస్థల్లో చదువుకుంటున్న విద్యార్థులు క్రమశిక్షణతో మెలిగేలా ప్రిన్సిపాల్ లు వార్డెన్లు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని జేఈవో శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి సూచించారు . హాస్టళ్లలో ఆహ్లాదకర వాతావరణం ఉండేలా చూసి , సరైన కారణం లేకుండా విద్యార్థులను బయటకు పంపకుండా తగిన ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలన్నారు .
టీటీడీ పరిపాలన భవనంలోని తన చాంబర్లో శనివారం సాయంత్రం ఆమె ప్రిన్సిపాళ్ళు , వార్డెన్లు సెక్యూరిటీ విభాగం అధికారులతో సమావేశం అయ్యారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జేఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ , విద్యార్థులు హాస్టల్ నుంచి బయటకు వెళ్లకుండా కొత్తవారు లోనికి రాకుండా , సెక్యూరిటీ సిబ్బందితో సమన్వయం చేసుకుని తగిన విధంగా పర్యవేక్షణ చేయాలని ఆమె సూచించారు . విద్యార్థులు మంచి డ్రెస్ కోడ్ తో. కళాశాలకు హాజరయ్యేలా చూడాలన్నారు . విద్యతో పాటు నైతిక విలువలు ఆధ్యాత్మిక అంశాలను కూడా విద్యార్థులకు బోధించి సమాజానికి ఉపయోగపడే విధంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని చెప్పారు . హాస్టల్ విద్యార్థులకు ఉదయం సాయంత్రం స్టడీ అవర్లు నిర్వహించి మంచి ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించే దిశగా ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించుకుని అమలు చేయాలని ఆమె చెప్పారు .
తరచూ విద్యార్థులతో సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించి ఆయా సబ్జెక్టులకు సంబంధించిన సందేహాలు ఎప్పటికప్పుడు తీర్చేలా అధ్యాపకులు పనిచేయాలని సూచించారు .
విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులతో కూడా సమావేశాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి విద్యార్థుల ప్రగతిని వారికి వివరించాలన్నారు . విద్యా విభాగం డిప్యూటీఈవో శ్రీ గోవిందరాజన్ సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్నారు .
