TIRUMALA, FEBRUARY 14: It’s a lovely and memorable sunny day on Sunday, as Lord Surya Narayana Murthy on the mighty Surya Prabha Vahanam dazzled with His Divine Charm to which the first Rays of the rising Sun on the auspicious day of Rathasapthami added, enhancing the enchanting grace of Lord.

The day appeared akin to annual Brahmotsavams, as all the galleries in the four mada streets are jam packed with pilgrim crowd. The devotees thronged every street to catch a glimpse of Lord on seven vahanams.

OTHER VAHANA SEVAS:

Lord Sri Malayappa Swamy appeared bright, elegant and majestic on each and every Vahanam starting with garlands made of Ixora, on Surya Prabha, followed by the five hooded Chinna Sesha Vahanam.

While the divine glam of Lord enhanced by many folds when he took celestial ride on His favourite Garuda Vahanam, which was then followed by Hanumantha Vahanam.

CHAKRASNANAM: Taking a break from the processional Seva, the Sudarshana Chakrattalwar was given a holy dip in the waters of the temple tank. The Chakrasnanam was rendered to the divine disc with religious fervour.

EVENING VAHANAMS: The Vahanam spree of Lord again commenced with KalpaVruksha Vahanam where the Lord along with His two consorts took celestial ride.

Later followed the Sarvabhoopala Vahanam, and finally the Sapthavahana Seva of Sapthagireesha concluded with the cool and soothing Chandra Prabha Vahanam in the pleasant night of Sunday.
