TTD HODs GETS BRIEFING ON E-OFFICE_ ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌పై టిటిడి అధికారులకు అవగాహన
Tirupati, 11 January 2018: A team of experts from IT and communication department of Velagapudi Secretariat briefed the HoDs of TTD on e-Office.
This training session was held in SVETA bhavan at Tirupati on Thursday. The IT experts clarified the doubts raised by various departmental heads.
Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar who lead the session said, under the directives of honourable Chief Minister of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu who wished the adminstration in TTD shall become paperless by March end this year, in the supervision of TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal e-Office has been successfully implemented in all departments in TTD. “We will overcome all the minor issues also and reach the target by March end” JEO asserted.
DLO Sri Ramana Naidu, IT chief Sri Sesha Reddy, all HoDs were also present.

ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌పై టిటిడి అధికారులకు అవగాహన
తిరుపతి, 2018 జనవరి 11: ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌ విధానంపై టిటిడి అధికారులకు గురువారం తిరుపతిలోని శ్వేత భవనంలో అవగాహన కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించారు.
టిటిడి తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో విజయవాడలోని వెలగపూడి సచివాలయం నుంచి వచ్చిన ఇన్‌ఫర్మేషన్‌ టెక్నాలజి అండ్‌ కమ్యూనికేషన్‌ విభాగం ప్రతినిధులు ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌పై వివరణాత్మకంగా అవగాహన కల్పించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా పలువురు అధికారులు లేవనెత్తిన సందేహాలను నివృత్తి చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఆదేశాల మేరకు టిటిడిలో మార్చి 31వ తేదీలోపు పూర్తిస్థాయిలో కాగిత రహిత పాలన అందించాలని ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ గడువు విధించినట్టు తెలిపారు. దీనిపై ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ వహించి డిసెంబరు 31వ తేదీనాటికే అన్ని విభాగాల్లో ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌ను అమలుచేశామన్నారు. అయితే, జనవరి 1 నుంచి మార్చి 31వ తేదీ వరకు చిన్న చిన్న సాంకేతిక సమస్యలను అధిగమించి పూర్తిస్థాయిలో మరింత మెరుగ్గా ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌ను అమలుచేస్తామని తెలిపారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో టిటిడి డిఎల్‌వో శ్రీ ఎం.వి.రమణనాయుడు, ఐటి విభాగాధిపతి శ్రీశేషారెడ్డి, వివిధ విభాగాల అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
