TTD TO RELEASE 44 BOOKS DURING KRISHNA PUSHKARAMS

Tirupati, 11 Jul. 16: The officials concerned should get ready with a set of 44 devotional books to be released during the prestigious river water festival- Krishna Pushkarams which is scheduled for August 12, said TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

A review meeting on Krishna Pushkarams took place in his chambers in Tirupati administrative building on Monday. He said as the event is the major one of its kind taking place in Navyandhra capital city, the temple of Lord Venakteswara should come up in remarkable manner in PWD grounds at Vijayawada that it should stand as the major attraction for the entire event, the EO instructed the engineering wing.
The EO said the Annaprasadam wing should make arrangements to distribute food to over 24thousand devotees every day during Pushkarams.

The SVBC should telecast live and important programs, the EO said. He also directed the HDPP to arrange cultural activities at Buddha satue in Amaravathi and also Andhra Mahavishnu temple at Srikakulam apart from replica temple in PWD grounds in Vijayawada.

Later the EO instructed the vigilance to take the services of scouts and guides and Srivari Seva volunteers for pilgrim crowd management and other areas in Pushkarams.

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju and other senior officers were also present.

e-PASS BOOKS TO DONORS-TTD EO

To facilitate the donor privileges in a easy manner, the TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao instructed the concerned to issue e-Pass books to the donors.

A review meeting with all the senior officers took place at his chambers in TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Monday.

In this meeting the EO directed the engineering wing to complete the Prahari construction works in Satravada and Appalaya temples.

He also instructed the concerned to complete the admission process in TTD educational institutions at a faster pace.

With respect to the innovative program “Vedic Ganitham” work shop in SV Balamandir school which is aimed at solving mathematics in an easy way with the tips prescribed in our ancient Vedas, the EO said the same work shop should be extended to other TTD schools also.

Later he reviewed on the ongoing repairs of geysers, lockers etc in rest houses in Tirupati.

All projects special officer Sri Muktheswara Rao and other officers were also present.
