VETURI DEATH ANNIVERSARY ON AUGUST 29_ ఆగస్టు 29న ఎస్వీ ప్రాచ్య కళాశాలలో శ్రీ వేటూరి ప్రభాకరశాస్త్రి 67వ వర్ధంతి

Tirupati, 27 August 2017: Following the 67th Death Anniversary of renowned scholar Sri Veturi Prabhakara Shastry, TTD will be observing a tribute in SV Oriental College in Tirupati on August 29.

Floral tributes will be paid to the bronze statue located in the college premises. There will be literary programmes on the great works and life of Sri Veturi by scholars. Later prizes will be distributed to the students who stood in top place in essay and elocution competitions held for the occasion.

ఆగస్టు 27, తిరుపతి, 2017: ప్రముఖ సాహితీవేత్త శ్రీ వేటూరి ప్రభాకరశాస్త్రి 67వ వర్ధంతిని ఆగస్టు 29వ తేదీ మంగళవారం తిరుపతిలోని శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వర ప్రాచ్య కళాశాలలో ఘనంగా నిర్వహించనున్నారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా కళాశాల ఆవరణలోని శాస్త్రిగారి కాంస్య విగ్రహానికి పుష్పాంజలి ఘటిస్తారు. ఆ తరువాత ప్రముఖ పండితులతో స్మారకోపన్యాసం నిర్వహిస్తారు. శాస్త్రి గారి జీవితం-రచనలపై విద్యార్థులకు వ్యాసరచన, వక్తృత్వ పోటీలు నిర్వహించి గెలుపొందిన వారికి బహుమతులు ప్రదానం చేస్తారు.
